Nice Track

Course is in great shape. Staff friendly. Only reason not a 5 rating was pace of play and no beverage cart. Check before you tee-off so you can pack plenty of water. We tee'd off at 9:00 and started waiting on hole 4. There was a foursome two groups ahead with 4 sets of rentals. They were sooooo slow. No ranger came to push them.

I'm great condition

The course is beautiful. Range is very nice. Only complaint is "no cart" signage on every hole is about 125 before the pin. Plan for considerable amount of walking.

Nice but didn't know greens were punched

Overall this is a fun track. I think they should update the videos that are on the cart. the greens were punched and wasn't even told that when checking in. anyways, pace was kind of slow and it got HOT.. not much shade either.

Overall Nice Course

This course is great, but like all courses should give visitors a heads up when they’re here for golf and the greens are punched. Still an amazing course, but wasn’t as enjoyable playing on greens that bounce.

Bears Best is on my Vegas Rotation

Arrived late but Al the starter got me out. Snack Bar/Restaurant had good expresso coffee, Nice range with quality balls to warm up. I have played here in better conditions but it seems like the course is going thru some maintenance and some of the fairways were punched. Overall still a nice layout and I will continue to play here when in the Vegas area.

Not Bears Best

I felt the course was not well manicured or maintained. The greens were shaggy and did not roll true. Obviously it was summer so that has some effect on it but there’s no reason for a course of this level to have greens that are so slow and not well-kept. The choice of holes that Jack’s bears best uses are from mostly his desert courses, which was somewhat disappointing, even in the environment because they are not his signature holes. I was hoping there would be something from muirfield or Florida courses. But they were mostly just from Colorado or Arizona. Another issues was that the bunkers were terrible. Some were filled in with black sand. They were hard and very unplayable. Overall I was disappointed by my experience at the course and I will not be returning. with so many options in Las Vegas. I cannot recommend Baer’s best.
