The course was overseeded and therefore cart path only. That should have been disclosed at the time of booking.

Therefore the fairways and greens were in a poor conditon. Furthermore the pace of play was horrible. At times there were 4 flights on a single hole. After 9 holes a marshal came along telling us that the issue of slow play has been taken care of. Well, it lasted two holes before it got even worse and no marshal was in sight. In fact they all went home and couldn't care less what's going on.

In addition the starter was pretty rude in telling (prompting) us which tees to play off without knowing our HCP.

We came with high hopes for good day of golf, but all in all it was a very disappointing experience, not worth the money and we definitely can't recommend to play there.

Nice course, F & B needs work.

Course was in ok condition, wasn’t informed when booking the fairways and green would be overgrown. Went to get something at the turn around 4:00 and everything was shut down. Don’t even have sandwiches or hotdogs ready to go.

Maybe the rains a few weeks ago had something to do with the soft conditions and furry teeboxes and fairways. But still very playable even with a lot of mud balls and plugged fairway lies. Some greenside bunkers could use a bit more sand. Enjoyable still. Snagged a hot deal so at least it didnt break the bank.

This course was in excellent condition.

Love the staff, food and atmosphere. Played with 2 members who were friendly and gave us great tips on how to play each hole. It was a 20 Lin drive from my hotel on the strip. Overall great time for the price. I would recommend this course.

Fun and nice course

Has the range and practice area. Not the easiest course so I’d avoid coming with any newbie. Conditions were pretty good. Tee boxes could be flatter and there were some muddy/damp spots by greens (it’s 105 outside) carts come with speakers and ice water which made it more fun. I’ll be back.

Terrible Fairways, no warning

The fairways were in TERRIBLE condition! So much so that you either need to tee up your ball in the fairway, or hope you don’t land there. For the price, I was expecting more. Or at least a warning that the conditions were poor.

Nice practice area. Tee boxes are okay. Fairways are great. Greens were okay. There were a few wet and muddy spots throughout the course and by the green. Has a few strip views.

Not in the best shape

Paid really good money to play this course and was surprised by the dry fairways. Dirt patches on the fairway and around the greens. Greens themselves with dry patches and tons of dead divets very bumpy surface. I'm sure when the course is in great shape It might be one of the best but not when we went out.
