Amara Golf & Social Club

It was absulutely worth to get there and play a round of golf. Very friendly staff, free rangeballs, carts with gps and ice cold water.

But most of all, a very nice and challenging golfcourse. Every hole looks and plays it different. You need a good strategy and plan, to score low.

Nice overall track. Some bare spots on the greens and fairways brought my rating down, but was still very playable. Terrific staff and practice facilities. Didn't have time to partake in food or bar areas, but they looked good.

Course itself is typical Nicklaus. Some forced carries, generous landing areas and bailouts for the tougher shots. Definitely favors faders and slicers, which is fine by me.

Some rough spots. No cart person. Gong privat. Good luck getting more water

This is one of my favorite golf courses in Vegas. The greens were bit chewed up in some places but otherwise, it was a great day.

Greens need work but the course was great. Did not get to play the last two holes bc of a low blood sugar and I blame that on the store not staying open to sell food or drinks. Very difficult situation for me. Not a happy golfer.

Desert course, Lots of rock and desert plants . Fresh green fairways, somewhat slow greens.

Hard sand bunkers. Beat-up rental clubs. 19th hole bar mundane. Nice driving range with new balls to hit. 25 minute cab ride from the strip. Annoying alarm on cart GPS that can’t be turned off. Cart comes with 2 ice coolers and 4 bottles of water. Too hot after 12 noon- make your tee time early.
