We sincerely apologize we were not able to accommodate you on this particular day. Due to extreme weather conditions, we were experiencing a frost delay that morning. It looks like you booked a 9:09 am tee time online at 8:45 am the same day, so we had no opportunity to give you any advance warning of this unexpected delay, which is actually quite typical in January in our region. We could have gotten your group out in about 45 minutes, but I see you decided to go elsewhere instead. Again, we deeply apologize we fell short of your expectations. Course conditions are very good right now and we think you would have enjoyed your round after the brief but necessary delay in teeing off. Hopefully you will give us another opportunity to do better in the future.

Thank you very much for the great five star review of Tiger's Eye. We are so glad you enjoyed your visit and we hope you will return soon! Be sure to check out the other three Big Cats courses as well.
