Cypress Point Country Club is conveniently located within minutes of the Norfolk International Airport and the Virginia Beach Town Center. Despite its accessibility, the golf course feels peacefully isolated, making it a great choice for golfers who are looking for the convenience of a city course with the pace and beauty of the countryside. It's a layout that is as challenging as it is scenic with strategically placed bunkers lurking along the greensides and fairways. The occasional water hazard also comes into play. The golf course will challenge players of all skill levels but it's not overly punishing for high handicappers. Beginners will still be able to enjoy a round at Cypress Point Country Club. Besides the course, the club is also popular for its practice facility, which has a driving range and chipping and putting greens.

Definitely need to try this course again
Tee box placement could have been better to help line of sight with hole and to aid against tree line
Great course!!
Course was in great shape, forgiving enough for us amateurs, and an all around great time! Highly recommend.
Prestine condition
I’ve played this course a handful of times and always worth the money. Course was in top notch shape. Greens felt tour quality. And for being. Course in. Neighborhood. The fairways were still very wide and playable. This is my favorite course in Hampton roads
Boring!
The course is in great shape but it just doesn't have a lot to offer! There aren't a lot of Hills, there's very little water, and unfortunately it's not really a very pretty course!
Cypress Pt
Course is in great shape. Slow play today but expect that on a Monday Holiday. 7/5. Nice to have the clubhouse and bar fully open. Never disappoints.
Must olay
The,course is excellent! ! Greens a touch slow, but reasonable. You won't find many courses nicer.
Needs a marshal/starter
Pace of play was abysmal. They really needed a starter and course marshal enforcing pace of play. Took my threesome 3.5 hours to play the front 9 due to how backed up the course was. Waiting 15 minutes between each shot was not fun.
Nice Track
Very nice track, greens were a little slow for me but rolled really well. Since I played early morning there were not many groups ahead so pace of play was excellent.
I will play this again.
Father’s day afternoon round
Course is in good shape. Greens were a little slow but not as slow as the pace of play. Course has a driving range but finding grass to hit off is scarce. Wide open hole and tight holes. Very little water hazards and bunkers have plenty of sand. Overall, I would play again but have more beers to balance the slow play.
