Cypress Point Country Club is conveniently located within minutes of the Norfolk International Airport and the Virginia Beach Town Center. Despite its accessibility, the golf course feels peacefully isolated, making it a great choice for golfers who are looking for the convenience of a city course with the pace and beauty of the countryside. It's a layout that is as challenging as it is scenic with strategically placed bunkers lurking along the greensides and fairways. The occasional water hazard also comes into play. The golf course will challenge players of all skill levels but it's not overly punishing for high handicappers. Beginners will still be able to enjoy a round at Cypress Point Country Club. Besides the course, the club is also popular for its practice facility, which has a driving range and chipping and putting greens.

Point of Yes Return
Cypress Point CC was a pleasant experience to the
point that I would recommend playing here to anyone. I am 50 now and have experienced many
fun but semi challenging courses in my day. This was right up there with the best. Very fair , very nice
and very friendly staff. Everything you want with a
day on the course. Kansas had a song once named
'Point of No Return'. Well...this course is in Virginia
Beach, so it would be a Point of Yes Return. HAGGD.
overbooked but fun
I had a 4:04 tee time and yet didn't get on the tee until 4:25. This resulted in not being able to play the 18th hole because carts were due in at 8.
My wife & I enjoyed the course and the weather was perfect!
The late start and incomplete finish left a bad taste in my mouth, but I (we) will be back to play there again.
Great Course
This is a fun course to play. Has a few challenging holes but not extremely difficult. Course was in excellent shape. A few tee boxes were worn but who cares the whole point of a tee box is to TEE OFF lol.
The fairways and greens are pristine. The greens putt true, a little grainy but great shape. This will be a staple in my rotations for years to come.

as I stated before this course is a lot of fun and also has good practicing facilities.
Great course in great shape
This course is in great shape tee box to green. It was not very long or tight and great for the average golfer. I played at 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon and finished in less than 4 hours.

Cypress Point CC
We have been here 2 years and this is the best course for our level of play. Wide fairways, little rough and the best greens we have seen. We highly recommend it !!

The group had a blast on this beautiful and challenging course. The staff was very friendly and the course played to perfection! I got a great value on a fun course to play and would recommend Cypress Point to anyone looking for a great atmosphere with outstanding facilities!
Delightful
This was my first time on this course. I enjoyed playing it. I was able to enjoy playing conditions due to the great up-keep of the course. We were lucky, we didn't have a tony pushing us. It was a very interesting layout within the community. I am going to be playing it again.
A pleasant day in the park
This was the 2nd time I've played at Cypress Point, the 1st time I was not a very good golfer so it was a chore. This is a nice course, with 5 par 5's all over 500 yards makes the course somewhat of a challenge. Most of the fairways are nice and wide allowing an average golfer a good shot at staying in the fairways. The fairways were well trimmed and the greens were nicely groomed. I started the round as a single but caught up to a slower 2-some and played with them for awhile, but their pace was much to slow for me so I broke off and played as a single the rest of the round. Overall I enjoyed the course and will play it again in the future.

For $33 on a course like this, I recommend GolfNow to any golfer, regardless of handicap. Just can't beat that deal.

Great Course
This was the first time playing this course and I will be back. Challenging in some parts but let you open up and have fun on other holes. We had a great time.
I enjoyed the course
It was a nice course, great value. started out with two and ended with four, but it was fun.
Good deal
Cypress Point was in good shape considering the recent heavy rains. Nice staff, easy to find, great bar and food. Probably, my 12th round there but first in 10 years. Really enjoyed the day.

Obviously I can't speak to this particular day, but I played there on 7/30 (a wednesday) and teed off at 11:16 and they had a cart girl running the whole time we were there.
