About
Located close to the San Tan Mountains, the course at the Lone Tree Golf Club offers not only a good game but also beautiful mountain views. This championship golf course was done in a traditional desert-style with rolling fairways and fast greens that are large and undulating. There are also several sand bunkers that protect both the fairways and the greens. Water hazards come into play on five holes and extensive mounding adds further challenge. The course features four sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. Lone Tree Golf Club boasts extensive practice facilities including a targeted grass range, a large putting green, and a short game area with a sand bunker.

Lone Tree Review
The course was in good shape. Pace of play got really starting slow about the 9th hole (3 PM) on a Thursdsy and continued to get slower. Waited approx. 16 minutes to tee off on hloe #12.
Love Lone Tree
One of my favorite courses in the east valley. Always in great shape, fun layout and super nice greens. It would have been nice to know there was a tournament happening when I booked my tee time but oh well.
Price still up there
Easy to find. Easy check in. Price still 87. Clean carts with ice in chests. The best cart seats water buckets for towels Drinking fountains on course. Tees generallly good. Fairways good roughs generally ok. Greens putt well and almost always some curve. Bunkers with some sand. Played in 4:20. Can’t take carts to car. Need to put yellow tees on the score card
Poor condition
Great course I love the layout but the fairways were patchy and the greens were not in good shape. Great staff and service but not worth the price for a tee time.
Greens are a challenge from the fairway and putting
The course is in excellent condition overall. The only issues are: (1) The greens do not hold and the balls roll off easily when you land from the fairway. (2) The greens are very fast and many are slanted contributing to the endless rolls evn with a light touch.
The starter was awsome.
The pace of play was perfect. we didnt have to wait to hit our shots. And nobody was hitting to us. Over all the course was great.

Nice layout. Fairways and greens were good. Roughs had spotty grass. Bunkers pretty hard. Friendly starter and polite guy in pro shop. Very friendly bag boy after
our round. Priced a bit high for area. I did enjoy my round.
Fun course !
Great value for this time of year. In spite of the rain they have been getting course was in good shape. Tee boxes and fairways were in excellent shape. Greens also good just always a challenge to play. Course had three well posted bathrooms which I always appreciate and Restaurant staff and food was awesome. Highly recommend !
Nice Course
My husband and I visit Phoenix every March just to golf. This was our first time playing this course. It was a cold and windy day but we still enjoyed the course. The course was in good shape and the greens were very fast. The staff was super friendly. We will definitely play this course again.

Good condition especially the fairways greens a little slow
Good Round
I've played this course a number of times - was in great shape. Took some friends and they enjoyed it as well. We had lunch after the round and it was clear our server did not want to be there. However, the others, including the beverage cart person, were very friendly
First time
Found this gem on golf now checked reviews and nothing was recent so my expectations were low! What a pleasant surprise! Fairways were generous and varied! greens firm but held tuff pins today! I can't wait to play again!
