About
The Bear Course is one of two courses at the Bear Creek Golf Complex; it is a championship-length course while the other, the Cub Course, is an executive length course. The Bear Course is an inland, links-style course with rolling fairways and well-manicured greens. Strategically placed bunkers situated throughout the course add some challenge to the course. A round of golf on this course can be played in less than four hours. The Bear Creek Golf Complex, in addition to the two courses, also offers a full grass driving range, two putting greens, and a short game area with a bunker.

Average At Best
Have played this course many times. Just not that great for the price. Kind of a goat track. Probably will not play again - too expensive for the value.
Don't Go!
Every bad review I read about this place is true. Starter and Marshall were complete jerks. Balls fighting everywhere, my cart got hit on a par 3, the couple I was paired up with almost got hit in the tee box. Marshall's more worried about yelling at people about where they drive their cart than people hitting into people. Save your money, don't go!!!

Great Day on the Course
Check in was super easy with friendly staff ..... course even offers a senior discount ..... practice facilities are excellent and the course is in excellent condition. I joined up with 3 local fellows and had a very good round .....would highly recommend it here at Bear Creek .....

I’ve played here many times and the course is in as good a shape as I can remember. Played in 3:40 and that was with the slowest cart ever!
Good
Fairways very good. Greens had speed in good condition. Front nine played decent pace. Back nine packed up. Tees just so.
Strong Start
Great course conditions! We had a noon tee time. Pace started good, but came to a halt on the back. (We were warned by the starter that the never could recover from a slow group in the morning—so we were notified.) Front took 1:45, but back took 2:45!!!
Practice area is large—which was needed because it was a busy day! Plenty of room at driving range; large putting area and chipping green.
For first-timers coming out—don’t expect any desert vistas. There are no scenic views from the course. It is surrounded by train tracks to the West; Chandler Heights Rd to the North; a canal and some shacks to the East.
