Bear Creek Golf Complex - Cub Course
About
The Bear Creek Golf Complex offers two golf courses, one championship length course and one executive length course, the Cub Course. This sporty course is ideal for beginners and families. Like its sister course, the Bear Course, there are rolling fairways and well-manicured greens that have unique swales and collection areas. The design features five par 4s and the rest are par 3s, all of which vary in length. A round of golf on the Cub Course can be completed in less than three hours. The Bear Creek Golf Complex also boasts several practice facilities including a lighted driving range, two putting greens, and a short game area with a bunker.

Fun course
Really had a great time playing this course. The Cub course is great to work on the short game. Staff was really friendly and professional. I will definitely come back. I’m excited to try out the Bear course.
Bear golf courses( cub)
Great place to try out your irons...but don't think you can beat this course easily...lots of slope on greens...nice course
Top Notch Public Course
I have played this course three times and every time it keeps getting better and better. The staff is amazing, the grounds are well maintained. There are two courses the cub (Par 3) and The Bear (more championship style). I have only played the cub but am looking forward to when I can finally play the Bear course. The Driving range is in great condition and the food is great. The layout of the holes is not confusing nor is it cluttered. They are well spaced and if you have a miss hit you shouldn't have any trouble finding your balls (which I have done once or twice). The cart girl is never hard to find which is a major win for everyone. Cant wait to come back.
A bit disappointing
First off the course did not have our original GolfNOW reservation. When I called to change to play the Bear course it was easy due to the fact that the reservation I thought I made was not to be found.
WE live in the area and have loved playing this course. We bring our visitors here whenever we have a chance.
For this time of year we were surprised that the greens were in such poor shape. Very spotty grass areas on the greens. The balls just wouldn't hold due to the dryness. The bunkers were a little hard and not friendly at all.
Everything else was average or better. The pace of play was great and loved that the starter provided the 8 minute buffer between groups. Less frustration for all.
Par 4's are in good condition. Some of the par 3's are in poor shape around the greens .
Typical parr 3 course.
Slow play to many golfer's with little or no experience.
Great executive course. Placed me with a twosome who was very friendly and knowledgeable of the course.
Nodak
Golfed in a wind storm so not a fun day but can't blame the course for that. Some greens are looking tired.
Bear Creek Cub
First time playing the course, usually play championship courses so this was a nice surprise. Just had knee replacement surgery and this course was perfect to get back to playing. Course was in good condition with the greens putting true
Nice Condition
This being a short course it was in nice condition considering people drive all over the fairways and very close to the greens.
Bear Creek 2 course
Beware, there are 2 course at Bear Creek, Long course and short (cub). We assumed we were playing the long course and guess what? We got the short (Cub) course. It is very nice, par 3 and 4 holes. 3 of the holes are 76 yards. You can play the course quick quickly. The Greens were in excellent shape. The only word is make sure you know which course your signing up for.
