Coldwater Golf Club

For being very hot the course is in good shape.

The layout is good and pace of play was fast. Good water stations with ice cold water. Greens were smooth and true. Great value. I’ll be back.

Weather was stinking hot but we had a great day at golf. The drought has taken quite a toll on this course but it still a fun place to play

Course was in great condition. Greens were almost perfect. No bad lies in the fairway.

Tee boxes were uneven and destroyed, fairways were in decent condition but the rough was nonexistent. Greens were patchy and inconsistent. 18 holes took 5 hours, round was $105. Worst course I have played in the valley so far. Much better options for the money

It was our first time out this year, and worked out well. Nice practice area. Wide enough fairways to keep ball in play and keep a good pace for the day. Great views on a few of the holes.

I think this course layout felt old. And the overall conditions while the fairway and greens were in fair to good conditions anything off of fairway was terrible meaning there was no rough it was dirt and really in poor shape for just aesthetics. I would suggest going to another golf course which I think would be in better overall condition and for a Monday morning $80 seems kinda high to me. There just wasn’t a whole lot other than the fairway in green anything else was just in terrible shape the clubhouse and everything else looked aged and for the record don’t buy the burritos they were not good and they are cold

I get that Phoenix is a hard place to get a tee time in the late winter early spring and that rates are what they are but this golf course was incredibly run down with hard dirt patches in the general fields of play. Garbage everywhere. The greens were hard with moss all over. I played the Biltmore the day before fore for a similar price and there was no comparison. The owners should be called out for how bad this place is. I’m sure the greenskeepers are doing what they can with limited resources. Do better Coldwater.

The course was in excellent shape. Could use a little more water on course. Pretty hot out there.

Course was in great condition. Fairways were lush. Great conditions for using fairway woods of the deck. The ball was almost teed up.

Greens look a little rough and slow. The speed was very good and the ball rolled better than expected.

Definitely one of my go to courses in the Phoenix area.

Enjoyed the course. Wife and I played by ourselves. The pace was good as we were done in 3:20 .

Some of the blue tee boxes were in poor shape and need some upkeep, the wife’s were fine. Of the few sand traps we were in, they were also in need of some work, very hard and some still had water in them. Good fairways and greens were ok as well.

Pleasantly surprised, great course to play thouroughly enjoyed the round.
