Worst hot dog I have ever consumed. It was sitting in with the bun on it so the bun was literally soaking wet.

Staff is super friendly and always diligent to help out!

Could use more water in cleaners on course also only a few trash cans that were over following.. pace of play was really slow. Even back up in pars 5s

Course goes out and back between thousands of stucco cookie cutter HOA houses, just like a hundred others in PHX. It looks kinda questionable with all the dirt and dust off either side - but it plays fine. Fairway grass was no problem, greens rolling true, a touch fuzzy but that's fine with me. Most of the fairways are mounded on the sides and funnel the pall to the middle, very forgiving. 5+ HR round though. Super slow day right after a tournament - no starter - a few slow pairs that ought have been put together into a group. Decent value for cheap golf.

There was a tournament that started at noon and my teatime was at 12:16 PM. I did not know that there was a tournament when I made my tee time. There was so much witty between shots. It was really frustrating. We never saw anybody from the office come out and check on the pace of play. When we said something at the end, the guy was very nice and said he was sorry about it and that he had tried to get them to hurry up however it didn’t do anything and I don’t think they followed up.

Greens had been sanded but not recently rolled true, looks like they are prepping for summer, hopefully with the mild spring so far the course will be able to be maintained through the 🔥months of summer

This course has potential but so much of the course has dirt and rocky areas just off fairways and several areas around greens where grass is dried out and patchy. The greens themselves were sanded and rolled ok. Like the newly added gps on the cart nice feature but unless you get a special price I believe this course for its quality is overpriced, no coolers on the carts inexcusable in Arizona heat and no cart girl during the week they could do better here and I probably wouldn’t recommend to other golfers

The course was in pretty good shape… The greens had been sanded and were a little slow but rolled true… In a few weeks they should be in great shape.

Course in good condition for an experienced player, if you are not, could become very challenging very fast, greens were receptive and rolled true.

"PLEASE" no more negative comments on tee boxes on any course, if you can't find a decent spot to tee off, you obviously have other issues to deal deal with, (not to mention raking the trap when finished ?)

Although not the fanciest of courses Coldwater is all around solid and offers great value. $46 for 18 holes in peak season, c’mon! Fairways and greens were in good shape. Tee boxes could use work but that is my only negative. Idk if I lucked out on the time I teed off but our round (2 players) 3hrs n 20mins. Coulda been quicker too. An extra slow twosome ahead of us let us play through on the 3rd. From the 4th until about the 16th it was as if we had the course to ourselves. Weather was perfect with a slight breeze. We finished well before the 5-6pm storm hit. The staff is friendly and I always enjoy a day out at Coldwater.
