course has gone downhill from a few years ago. Bunkers are rocks and the fairways were not in good condition

This course is nice again. I know they suffered for a long time with whatever issue they had especially with the greens. Everything looks really nice now with the exception of around the greens. A little bit of mud lots of gopher holes and mounds. But that’s not a big deal. I’ll keep laying there.

Local course that is not in good shape at all. Bunkers are mainly muddy messes, water hazards are mostly dried up; definitely not worth the price.

The course was on cart path only.

The weren't happy with the results of the first overseeding.

So they reseeded it again. The course was very wet, soft & muddy. Luckily we brought a wet towel along. Otherwise we would of been in trouble from all the mud our balls & clubs accumulated after every shot.

Due ti the conditions there were only a sparse amount of golfers. With the lack of golfers they should of been out working on the course.

Most tee boxes were poorly kept & they have hundreds of mole hills & holes all over the course.

With the shape the course was in they should of discounted everyone's rates. Mine was a bit cheaper due to the hot deal but still was not worth the price I paid.

This is my third time playing the course, was hoping it would be in better condition. About 50% of the fairways are dead or dirt entirely. The greens also have full on dirt patches. This has been the case all three times I have played here. There was also a senior tournament being played in front of me, which is fine, but it took just over 2 hours to get onto the tee box for hole 7. No Marshall or anything to attempt to maintain a somewhat decent place. Will not be playing here again regardless of the rate

The cafe closed way to early. Our round started and 12:56 and the cafe closed at 2:00.

2nd reseed. Owner not happy with first one. I agree. Another 2 weeks of cart path only. Was not notified till day before. Hope it turns out well. Hopefully all golfers do their share by repairing divots and respecting the golf course.

Overall pretty nice. Not top notch, but they're not priced that well either. Had a great time with the 2 I played with. I was not expecting to play cart path only but they had to reseed.a second time. ... all in an effort for a better fairway! At 70 I was not sure cart path only was going to work, but it was fine.

Been coming to Phoenix for a golf vacation for a few years now from the northern states and have used it as a starter course. It was never a premium course but acceptable, unfortunately this year they had issues with the overseeding and had to redo it so it was cart path only, wet and patchy. They did give us a discounted rate which was nice. Hopefully, they have better luck next year.

What an amazing track!! The price was extremely reasonable and the course was in pretty good shape for the beginning of the season. Greens were in pristine condition with challenging subtle putts to what am I supposed to do now!! I would recommend this track to anyone. Can’t wait to go back!! Thanks to the informative and mannered staff. Thank you Del for making the first experience a memorable one. Not often you see the boss out on the course making sure its patrons are having a good time. Drew and Jacob in the pro shop, thanks for the information. It’s nice to see young men that are passionate about the game. I’ll be seeing you boys soon!!

You can’t beat the price, the course was in pretty good condition and the greens were rolling nicely! Very friendly staff, will be coming back again soon!

This course was not conducive to good play. The overseed done previously did not take, very minimal growth. As a result, it was cart path only and the course was exceptionally wet which made it very difficult to play. Staff was very friendly in pro shop and concession area.
