Located in the West Valley, the championship-length course at the Coldwater Golf Club boasts several different challenges for an interesting round of golf. There are elevated tees as well as several dry washes. There are two lakes providing water hazards on the golf course as well. There are also dramatic elevation changes caused by the mountainous terrain. Aside from the challenging game, the course also offers beautiful mountain vistas. The course has not only one signature course but two. The first is the modest eighth hole. Although it is short at 100 yards, it features an elevated tee and a triple-tiered green. Coldwater Golf Club also finishes with a signature hole. The beginning tee shot plays to an open fairway over water with a dry wash to the left, while the approach shot is closed-in by another wash to the left and a lake to the right.

Coldwater Golf Club

Course layout is fine, pace of play was great, and staff are very friendly, however, the greens and tee boxes were terrible.

Tee boxes are full of holes and large undulations. Greens are shaggy and very bumpy, some are nearly unplayable.

All this course needs is a bit of agri-love to bring it up to the point where it could be great value for the money!

Around the course in 3:30

Greens were a bit rough, but otherwise service, time of round, and value were all very good. Played there many times, always a good place to play.

Nice course

My experience playing the course was good. A 30 minute rode from $200 and up prices resulted in a nice experience. The greens were a tad bit slow for this time of year but were in fairly decent shape. Well worth the price and yhe course flowed nicely Would play again

Used to be Better

The greens are a wreck, the course is so-so, but the food and the cart service (Bailey) were outstanding!

Hilly

Nice course in the middle of a residential area but it doesn’t really play apart. The harder part is the desert hills. Definitely a rolling and hilly course but it actually helps with roll as long as you stay out of the desert. Overall a very enjoyable day. Fairways were green and the greens were fast but in good shape

Tee box

Tee Boxes were terrible. Seems they didn't put an effort to fix them as well. Colored faded rocks? Pretty weak.

Could be so much better

The conditions were ok, but could be so much better. Greens were inconsistent and slow overall. The back nine tee boxes seemed like they had just dumped a load of sand and grass seed on the entire tee. Not sure how that will grow. Would be better off seeding small sections and keep people off those areas. The pace was ok on the front nine, but slowed to an overall 4:45 pace. Teed off at 11:44. Only saw the beverage cart once. Back in the clubhouse at the end of the round, they were shutting down before 5:00.
