Shadow Hills Golf Club

Fun place to play, good shape, bunkers could use some assistance, medium pace greens. Would play again.

Shadow Hills South is a fun challenge, wider fairways off the tee makes for some better chances for scoring well. Fairways were green and bunkers maintained well enough. Great practice area, staff were mostly friendly and the check in experience was easy. I’d like to try the North course next time. Maybe just the day we were here, but other golfers seemed more laid back than other courses we played in the area this week.

Great staff/ Great people playing/ Older group of people who live in the Mission Hills Community. / Very friendly. I love the pace.... The marshals are NOT barbaric like some courses. (i.e...Silverrock). People who play there are TRUMP supporters who are just all around fun to partner with. I will always play this course.

We had a reservation at 12:15 on the South Course. When we arrived at check in the attendant advised us that the course was closed do to rain from last week. No one from the golf course or Golf Pass advised us of this cancellation. Shadow Hills did try to get us on the North Course but it was completely over booked. Long story short we were extremely disappointed.

Played as well as I have all year.

Pace of play was excellent.

Finally did some work on the bunkers thank you. This is a hidden gem worth $80 during winter all day.

I will never be back. I am a computer development manager and after checking in with a nice guy who wore long sleeve compression arm sleeves and I ended up going back into the clubhouse to simply ask for their wifi information so I can check into a flight before our tee time.

This inquiry was made to a different guy who immediately answered back with "I don't know", "what do you want me to do" and pure attitude like I bugging him or something. Shrugging his shoulders and acting all tough. I literally did not say a word after this simply request. Again, all I asked for the wifi information and that was it.

Then this individual turns to another employee who just happened to walk by and asked him if he knew it and then proceeded you tell this colleague "hurry because I was getting mad and going crazy". Again, I literally did not say a word. Never experienced such nonsense in my life. Must be mad because he has to swipe credit cards from older ladies all day but don't get mad at paying customers.

Other than this rediculously ignorant individual the course and everyone else was pleasant. That said, I will never be back to this track in addition to my entire software development team and all of our clients. Hope Shadow Hills checks this individual and his attitude before someone checks it for him. Many would not bite their tongue like I did that day with his nonsense. Lucky for him.

As the saying goes, get good service tell 5 people, get bad and tell the world. I never write reviews but hope many see this especially melanated folx. Disgraceful.
