Nice course!
Great course and facility. Only complaint is that 18th hole is always a public bathroom for geese. Beautiful finishing hole ruined by the mess.
No Online Rates for Single Player
I tried to make a tee time online for a single but their policy is no online discount rates for single players. Single players are punished, must pay full rate. This was for a Monday when you'd think they would like to have the business, but club rep on the phone would not budge, kept quoting their club policy, and basically agreed that the course would rather have noone play at 11am on a Monday than give me the online discount rate for a single player. Too bad.

No rainchecks for thunderstorms.
Played only 4 holes and the rain came for about an hour. The course closed and they didn't offer a rain check, even for just 9 holes. Don't think I will return (nor will I recommend) based on this type of customer service. There are plenty of other courses in the area to play!

Challenging Track with Tight White OB Stakes
TLDR: Nice, challenging, undulating course within a housing community. Tight, not readily apparent OB's lining the majority of the holes. The greens are in very good shape, accepting of approach shots, and fast. I will play it again. Some work being done on various holes that impact tee boxes.
1st time playing this track. We played from the blue tees with a stated length of 6582 yds.
Not a great start with the surprise of out driving the fairway and going OB on the dog leg right 1st tee. This would be a theme throughout the round, with houses and properties lining most of the holes.
The course itself is visually appealing and offers fairways that invite hitting driver. This is a risk reward scenario and local knowledge of the hidden OBs and ideal landing zones and fairway slopes is very important, as there are many blind landing areas and the houses are closer to the course than one would think. If your driver game is off, you will be taking lots of drops due to ball OB in a yard or in the woods. Playing 3 wood may be the smarter choice, but will make the course very long if playing from the blue or black tees.
There is a fair bit of repair work going on around the course, such as the 15th hole tee being moved up to the fairway due to reconstruction of 2 of their tee boxes. The tee boxes were clumped together on several holes and it wasn't readily apparent why, nor any explanation given prior to our round. Sand traps are deliberately placed to collect inaccurate drives with the severe penalty of being fairly deep with significant green side lips. The condition of the traps are hit and miss with respect to their condition. Several traps are in terrible shape with very little or shallow sand or standing water within them.
The greens are well taken care of, quick, and with lots of contours that make reading breaks critical. Another PSA: repair your ball marks, FPS!
The club house is great with a restaurant and full bar, as well as a great outdoor space to have a beer and talk about the round while watching the other duffers plunk 2nd and 3rd shots into the water in their approach the 18th green.
All in all, a very nice course, with a few nitpicks.

Great Course, too Crowded
We loved the course but we started at 5:00 and after playing the first three holes, we were standing on the fourth tee with two groups waiting and one closing in from behind. We tried to find a hole ahead to play but every hole was occupied, many with two groups. The course was beautiful, greens were good, weather was perfect. But we played three holes, rode the rest of the course and found a great place to eat in the shopping center next door.

Best Public Course in NOVA
This is a great course and layout. The fairways and greens are in excellent condition. There are plenty of scenic views of Lake Manassas, RTJ, and million dollar + homes. Expect to pay a premium for the loop; and beware the pace on the weekends is very slow.

Awful Pace of Play Management
First I would like to say the course is beautiful however I have played multiple times with the same issue. They do not pair groups together. I.e if there is a 2 some and a single they do not create a 3 some. They will have the 2 some go out and then the single and so on. This creates massive pace of play issues even on days where the course is not that busy. I was able to play 6 holes in 3 hours. I am disappointed in the lack of pace of place management. I will not be playing here again
