Chariot Run

My favorite course in the greater Louisville area. Very good value. My only criticism would be it was a bit soft, maybe to much watering. Yes, it was a hot day and they want to keep the course healthy, but I think it is a little over done. This is a minor criticism.

Apparently the course is moving to new ownership. I hope it is maintained at the current standard at least if not made even better.

Play this course a couple of times a year. It is in great shape. Fairways like carpet, tees and greens in great shape.

Excellent condition, wide selection of Tee Boxes for all variety of players. Very challenging but fair.

Beautiful course! Fairways and greens was perfect. Had fun.

This course is fantastic. Greens are usually rolling at a 10 or 11 which is so fast... My regular rotation of four local courses includes this one at the top.

Course in great shape. Pace of play excellent. When you can play 18 holes in less than 4 hours on a challenging course like this you know our group will be back.

I have played Chariot Run several times, mostly when I can get a Golf Now Hot Deal. It has become my favorite course in the area. They have the fastest, nicest greens. The layout is challenging but not over so. The regular price is a little expensive but wort it. Get a Hot Deal and it's the best value in town.

I usually play here 6 to 12 times a year. the course never disappoints. The course was fast and very firm. keep the ball in the fairway and below the hole. 18 really good holes make it the best daily fee course in the area. awesome.

What a BEAUTIFUL course! Probably one of, if not THE nicest, courses I've ever played. Sadly, I had a pretty rough day, but it was my own poor play, nothing to do with the course. The course itself is plenty difficult on its own, but if you can't hit them straight, you're REALLY gonna have a long day. Anyway, the course is awesome. It was in great shape, especially the fairways--they were like carpet! Greens weren't great, I think they were sort of fixing them up, but they weren't bad at all. All in all, it was a great first experience. I will DEFINITELY be returning as soon as I can. And I would recommend this course to anyone who would listen.

I must say, this is one of the most fun, challenging and alluring courses I've ever played. Every hole provided a unique test. Every hole, it's own lay out. Every hole memorable. This was my first time playing it and while the course definitely beat me on multiple occasions, it was never an aggravating defeat...you just had to look back and say..."you won this time." All day after I kept thinking back to the holes I messed up on and looked forward to going back in the hopes of betting my score.

Oh...and the greens. Beautiful. Like a pool table. Roll true and pure.

If you are a serious golfer and love to play after work. You cannot beat playing this Course. $25 after 5:00pm during the week. It is a driver, but if you live in Louisville like me. You can be there at 5:45 if you bring your clubs to work and leave at 5. During the Summer it stays light out till 9:15 - 9:45. Easily enough time to play 18. A friend and I go at least twice a week and get in 18. The course is wide open and you literally have the course to yourself. So pace of play is as fast as you want it to be. Last time I played i Tee'd off at 6pm and was finished by 8:45. Out of all the coursed in the Louisville area. This course is by far the one in the best condition and the greens are definitely the fastest in the area, over both Fuzzy Zeller courses. I highly recommend this course to everyone and I recommend this course to those avid golfers who are tired of slow play and poor course conditions. YOU will be more than satisfied with both at Chariot Run.

If you like good fast greens, you'll love this course.

This is a course that you have to play if you love golf. Challenging and fun. I will go back for sure in an effort to improve my score. Well done Chariot Run, well done!
