About
Players of all abilities will enjoy Cimarrone Golf Club's par-72, 6,891-yard championship layout. The golf course, often referred to as "The Wild One" because of its intriguing play, opened in 1988.
Designed by David Postlethwait, Cimarrone's manicured course conditions and challenging design provide a fun, player-friendly experience for players of all abilities. Beginners will enjoy Cimarrone's well-defined fairways and magnificent greens. Advanced players will appreciate numerous risk-reward opportunities provided by strategically placed bunkers and a water or marsh feature on every hole. A total of 17 lakes surround the golf course.
Cimarrone Golf Club, which has a rating of 72.7 a slope rating of 132, has been selected as one of the top 50 courses in Florida and was given four stars out of five by Golf Digest.

Communication
The disconnect between the pro shop and restaurant is confusing. We are loyalty members and we took advantage of the golf and lunch promotion. The restaurant told us we could use the voucher for lunch or after the round and we chose lunch but others decided to do after golf and then were told they couldn’t. Just need all facets to understand the restrictions. We still love coming up there and will continue to patronize the facility

Course is looking much better and staff is friendly! However, no water to start, restaurant not open in morning and no car person. Also no signage of where to return carts. Much better than last year 2023!!!

Fairways were healthy, I always wonder why they don't let the Fairways get just a touch longer down here in Florida.
Greens also very healthy but a little slow.

A NEW COURSE RECORD…
… for me, anyway. 😉. Played all 18 holes with just one golf ball. Those of you who play here regularly know what a feat that is! That ball is going to go in my Hall of Fame in my office. Oh, and by the way, the course is an excellent condition. If you look at the reviews for the last six months, you get a true picture of where things are now.

Hit your drives straight
Fun course, but you have to hit some narrow fairways. Greens are growing in nicely. Definitely adding Cimarrone to my rotation.

Please, sand / replace your divots. Repair your ball marks on the green. And rake the sand trap properly when you leave. . Thank you very much!
Nice track
Enjoyed it very much the course was friendly even with a great deal of water. Greens ran true and were well kept. We teed off at 12:23 and we had a 12:16 tee time so not bad.
Great shape
Cimarron has really come around, I haven't played here in 4-5 years because it used to be in poor shape, but the new ownership has done an excellent job, glad to add this course back to our rotation.
