This course is in really bad condition and it is like playing in a pasture. Layout is nice but to be able to recover the course they will need to plan for a big repair. Greens are awful, fairways are dry, and the pace of play is on snail mode.

The course has really taken a turn for the worse. Most greens are not playable. I would say it’s like putting in a bunker or some are like putting in the rough. They need significant work and time to become playable. Two or three holes the flag would not stay in the cup, just laying on side of green. I would go to South Hampton until significant time has passed. I hope things improve soon as the course layout is really nice.

I played this coarse after 2/3 years of saying I would not go back - heard good things - played course 3/4 times in 2023 - liked what I improvements I saw ( especially the greens) - played again 3/30 - greens where dread-full - not only where there major dead spots the amount of packed sand made many unplayable

Loved playing here except the tees. Lots of work being done to fix this. Way to bumpy, sandy, etc. I would wait a bit before going.

I played this course the first day I moved to Jacksonville, Jan 1, 2022 , said I would never play it again greens and tee boxes were very poor shape , I stayed away most of the summer, then I heard new owners took over and were sinking some money into it , I know it takes time so I played a couple of times in the last couple months. I want to support them through the transition and keep the money flow coming in , the 7th green was horrible , ok I can live with that. It has been 3 weeks to month since I last played before today. WOW , the greens are a mess ! This course is going in the wrong direction, hardly no grass on half of them. I should have asked for a refund. I love the layout but you can’t even put on half the greens. I would not recommend this course at any price ! Perhaps you look at replacing the grounds keeper. It’s going in the wrong direction, I will say this, the staff was fantastic very kind courteous, starter super nice guy. When you get it figured out I will come back, better places to play now !

I have played this course several times and have enjoyed it but this time was bad. There is hardly any grass on the greens. Very disappointing.

Greens are just pure sand and weeds with dried sod placed in large lumps around kinda. Ive only ever seen this from a city owned public course. The homes around the course have nice grass and are very well maintained. So very confusing why the course is in such disrepair.

Tee boxes are not maintained or flat. Some are kinda just lumpy and wavy like an ocean.

Access to the course you have to enter through a private gate too, this was kind of inconvenient.

Over all for the price $38 was to much for this messy course. Pay another $15 or 20 and play somewhere much nicer right around this area.

Some greens need a little work as well as the fairways.

A great layout, fun holes and beautiful scenery. The greens were under a lot of sand in spots but still played fairly. The value was great and it’s in a beautiful community as well.

Course aesthetics look great. Tough layout with lots of water. Greens and green side are were mostly under repair. If they take care of these problems place could be at least 4 stars. Staff was friendly and clubhouse was very nice.

Worst conditions of any greens I’ve played in my life. Not one mention by staff prior to playing about conditions of greens. Will not be back. Don’t play here

Enjoyed the round. Course was in good shape and staff was friendly!

greens were a patchwork of grass, dirt, sand, & weeds. Fairways weren't much better. Course is overpriced.
