Greenacres Golf Centre - Championship

Never played here before. The green staff here deserve a special mention - course in fantastic condition - every part of it. Greens outstanding and faster than average.

You do need to play this a few times to know the lines of tees. There are a lot of dog legs and blind tee shots and it was clear what looked to be the right line - wasn't when you reached your ball. I would enjoy this course more after a few times playing it. If it's your 1st time then use the technology available (various apps) to see where you're going etc.

Friendly staff. The course was busy and quite slow for a Sunday afternoon. Just short of 4 and a half hours for a 2 ball. We waited a while on most shots.

What a beautiful course! Thanks to Ben in reception my day started off brilliant. Had a really really really great day of golf. I had never played here before but it won’t be the last. Greens are fantastic, especially the 7th, thought I was at Augusta. Really worth a visit.

Warmed up at the driving range before our round. Course was in lovely condition particularly the greens. Good variety of holes and challenges. Looking forward to playing here again soon!

Great course and superb value for money.

Greens challenging and quick, fairways good and rough thick and luscious.

Back 9 is tighter and more challenging than the front 9 but still very enjoyable.

I’ve played Greenacres plenty of times before, but yesterday was the best condition I’ve seen it in. The course has been really well looked after over the winter and it reaping the benefits now. Credit to the greens keeping staff.

Greens in Superb condition, course starting to dry out well.

Recommendations put some water in the many dry ball washers and definitely a lack of Bins near tee boxes, carried a banana peel for about 4 holes 🙈… otherwise it’s a 👍 up from me .

Have to give credit to the green keepers for the condition this course was in.. especially after the rain we have had the past couple of weeks!! Most courses are flooded, temp greens or completely closed .. Honestly shocked how they kept it playable let alone in great condition.. greens were absolutely perfect especially for this time of year. Very good course but honestly hats off to the green keepers

Really enjoyed playing this beautiful course. Some lovely water features and the addition of the young trees will ensure the course is enhanced and more challenging in years to come.

Would recommend a few more next tee arrows.

As I found map on back of card a tad small as I had no reading glasses with me.
