The course Is fairly open and very playable. Fairways and greens in great shape and staff very friendly. Range balls free and nice chipping putting area. Would play again.

Really enjoyed this round. Great staff and facilities. The course is in very nice shape. Greens are excellent and a great challenge. Don’t pass up this gem on the Emerald Coast!

We had a great experience at Indian Bayou. Staff was pleasant and welcoming, course conditions were outstanding, and greens putted true. We teed off around 1:30 PM and played 18 with no delays and no pressures. Will definitely play there again if we can get a good deal through GolfNow when we visit Destin again.

The course was great and the staff was great! However, I think they are over priced for their course. Nonetheless, I would be playing it again tomorrow. The greens are awesome! They roll true!! Had a great time!!

First time to play the course. Zero complaints. Played as a twosome in just over 3 house. Greens were quick, fairways and tee boxes were in great shape. The course is a great layout. Will be back for sure.

One of the most manicured courses I can remember playing on. Greens are as advertised, perfect. Fairways wide and excellent condition. Tee boxes flat and excellent. Golf carts near new. Cart girls come around often each nine. Just an overall excellent course. Adding to our future rotation.

The conditions when I played in October 2023 were amazing. Greens were fast and smooth, fairways and fringe were well manicured, the tee boxes ranged from very good to a little above average. Very nice overall and with GPS touchscreens in the carts.

I will say for a course this expensive I would have expected a better selection of driving range balls. The ones I had at my station looked like they were bought used 5 years ago. Not a huge deal, just sift through and pick out the better looking ones to hit.

The only real negative I experienced was the pace of play. First, I showed up to #1 10 minutes early and the starter waved me through, hit my drive and go to set up for my approach and I hear a ball hit 30 yards behind me. He had let a twosome tee off before I even hit my second shot, which was still 8 minutes before my official tee time, so that was dumb. Played 8 holes in an hour 15 then hit the bottleneck. A foursome of older gentlemen that were a bit slow. After a couple of great holes I’m catching up to them on the tee boxes and parking before they all even finish their drives. Ask to play through and am loudly told no because they have had to wait on every tee box (there was nobody ahead of them for 2 holes and there was no way this group was catching anybody). 2 holes later one of them finally waves me through. Got stuck behind another slow foursome on 14 but they were nice and let me through without having to ask. I never saw a Marshall once. There should have been someone out there to help pace of play and not allowing foursomes to hold up singles for 3 holes.

Everything about our day at Indian Bayou was first class and top notch. Will definitely be playing there again.

First time playing here and it was great ! Course was cool, and the staff was even better.
