My Destin Favorite
We played two other, well-known, more expensive, courses around Destin but this one was my favorite. I bet it’s a lot nicer with the water features filled. They were drained, presumably for dredging. Staff very friendly. Atmosphere was professional but not pretentious.

I'm not a regular player but enjoyed the round. The bald eagle flying over the fairway on the 1st hole was cool.

Nice course, lots of construction
We played on a great weather day as a twosome. Very good pace and friendly atmosphere. Lots of work being done on ponds, water hazards.

Pace slow to start but picked up
Course conditions were great, but the pace of play on the first 9 was extremely slow. They ended up breaking up groups of 4 that were beginners with advanced, but it didn't help still being behind the slow twosome. However, they left after the first 9, so the pace picked up.
Course is very nice with fast greens.
