Decent
This was my first time playing here. The course was challenging but not too bad. Course was in good condition except for the greens. Very bumpy and super slow.
Always challenging
Course was as I remember. Greens were Sandy after aeration- which I knew before hand so that’s not an issue. Bottom line you need to hit good shots here which for 95% of the time I did. Maybe 1 bad hole. That said I hit a lot of greens so it would have been nice to have been putting real nice greens. Made 3 birdies anyway. Pace of play was good and we didn’t hold anyone up as one player was using a up tee. Nice round. Again you need to hit pure shots to score here.
Thank you for your review and appreciate your feedback on the course. We take pride that this track is not a regular flat course and gives the player a lot of different looks throughout the round. We are working hard to get the greens back up to speed and believe they are ahead of schedule post-aeration. We hope to see you out again in the near future!
Muni-style course
The green were just aerated, so I can't give the greens a review, but the non-existent cart paths, dirt/sand areas throughout the course (including in many areas of the fairways) left much to be desired. The course layout is decent. All staff was very friendly. Good for an inexpensive round, but not a course I would add to my rotation. YMMV

Reasonable
Played there a couple weeks ago and the greens were good. Now they look they are burnt or something. Very patchy and hard to read.
Thank you for your review. What you are seeing is our winter grass dying off and the Bermuda grass is growing in. We performed an aerification on all our greens on 6/6 which will help the Bermuda come back in strong and healthy. We hope that you come back out in the coming weeks to see the results!
Magnolia point great place to play
I played the scores a few times recently. Of course is in excellent condition very professional and friendly staff at every point. By the way, their grill serves wonderful food.

Hot Spring Day
Played with a course put together foresome on a hot Spring day. Course in good shape, with some fairways a little thin. Pace of play was slower with some older foresomes. Overall, a nice day with good facilities throughout.

Nice course
Beautiful lay out and some challenging greens. Greens had new grass coming so that made it a bit more challenging but am sure that will change as the season continues. Great value for the fees and the staff was excellent. Will definitely play it again.

Course in great shape
Played Wednesday morning in 3 hours. Greens in excellent condition running true. Even with the recent lack of rain, fairways and tee boxes are in great shape. Staff very friendly and always positive. A great value.

Very Poorly Maintained
Very disappointing. Old tired course. Fairways are sparse and filled with weeds. Bunkers are dirt. Cart paths are rough and dangerous. Greens are in winter to summer transition and are very slow. The gasoline powered cart had damage to the body and torn seat. Our group will not play this course again.
We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We are always working to improve the conditions of our course, including fertilizing and treating weeds. As we have just come out of the spring season, we have treated our entire course and are now mowing everything as the grass begins to grow again. We know that we are not TPC but we believe we are priced well for our conditions and do not feel that the course conditions warrant such a poor review, but we understand everyone has their own opinion.
Greens in great shape, would play again
The course has an odd layout, but is worth the cost. The tee’s and fairways are spotty. However, the greens are in great shape. The greens were a bit slow and hairy, but I’m not sure if it had rained and weren’t able to be mowed. I would play here again.

We appreciate your patience with our greens as we just aerated 10 days ago and the greens are still recovering from that procedure. We hope that will come back later in the summer to see the greens after they've fully grown in.
