Course condition
Course is in excellent condition, fairways, greens tee boxes , all of it
Cart Path Only
They play was slow due to carts on path.
Some holes were very wet and many of the
bunkers were fulll of water.
We appreciate your review. We apologize for all the water, we got hit with a lot of rain all at once and the course does not dry out very well in the winter months. We look forward to you coming back out so we can earn that fifth star!
Birdie Boys
A bit of rain the night before did put a little dampness on course conditions with Cart Path only but still playable overall. A few sand traps were holding water and areas in the fairways were mushy. Greens looked great but are a bit slow.
.We enjoy the layout and look forward to going back.
Shout out to the friendly staff - Ernie in the clubhouse, Mark the starter, the Ranger, Westly the bartender and of course Brie the cart girl.

Fun course, good value
Course was in good condition, greens were lush and slow but I’m a 20 HDCP so it was fine by me. Was playing behind several groups that was having a 2 man scramble tourney so pace was slow but not unbearable. One of my favorite courses in North FL

Nice relaxing day
Winter time is almost the best time to go golfing , and it was no crowded that day, made everything better , the course was pretty good for winter grass , the greens were smooth, overall I'd come back here .

Greens are good, but slow. Fairways could use some TLC.

Needs work
The course is a great layout and very tight. If they would put some money into it, it could be one of the more demanding and pleasurable ones in the area. Greens were slow and bumpy as well as very soft. Tee boxes need more grass.

good for the price
Overall average conditions. Slow greens chewed up in places, some poor tee boxes with little grass. Pace of play was excellent. Price point is good for overall conditions.

Coming along nicely
Probably the best condition overall I've ever seen Magnolia, especially the greens. There were only a few bumpy spots on a couple of greens, but overall they are very green, roll true, and moderate speed, not slow like past winters. Staff has done a good job this year getting it back up to standard.

Green we’re slow but receiving. Topical Florida plantation course. Cart parths were rough. Enjoyed our day. Hardly any waiting.
