Mountain Vista Golf Club - San Gorgonio Course

While the clubhouse is closed, and as a result no on course amenities, we found the course to be in great shape, though super challenging, hard greens. Bunkers were many, but the sand was in perfect shape. Also playing with someone who knows the course would be an advantage to let you know about the water that was not always easy to navigate. Overall lovely course would definitely play again.

Course was pure. Read a lot of reviews about the course and had no issues with the negative reviews at all. Definitely going back in the near future.

If you are wanting to eat any food or drink anything other than Gatorade or pop from a vending machine, than this place is not for you.we showed up thinking we would grab a pork missile and a couple beers to find out that this is not even an option. If it is windy in Palm Springs than it's crazy windy out here. Be prepared. Course conditions were good up until the green. They are fairly dead and I think the greens keeper needs a lesson on fringe procedures. All in all, value wasn't there and there are lots of better options out there. Also sorry to the staff in the proshop, I must have ruined her day with my business.

Wonderful course to play was very well maintained and the fairways not one blade of grass out of p osition couldn’t be better the greens had the look of us open greens on a Sunday, maybe short on water but still good

This course has a great layout and pace of play was excellent. Green were different from any course I had played in the valley. They were firm and did not hold approach shots to the green.

Nice course,. Green wall to wall. Greens were great. No beverage cart or restaurant due to renovation. Long, long wait to get through security gate. Plan ahead.

Booked this for New Year's Day golf and it was great! Course conditions were outstanding and pace of play was excellent. Two disappointments: there was no practice range at the San Goronio and food/drinks were very limited. No place at the turn to get snacks/drinks and only 1 water cooler for the entire 18 holes. Could not imagine playing this course in the 100+ degree summers with that little access to water. Cart girl only came by once, but said we could call in an order at the restaurant and pick it up at the turn. However, the restaurant is near the 1st tee, which is no where close to the 9th green/10th tee. Would play again, but definitely plan ahead if you're looking to eat during your round.
