Orangebrook Country Club in Hollywood boasts two 18-hole courses, the East and the West. The golf courses are about equal in difficulty but each offers a different set of challenges. The West Course was added over 20 years after the original East Course, which was built in the 1930s. This newer layout has more water hazards and there are also several massive bunkers treacherously lurking about the greensides. The challenging elements are nicely balanced by wide-open, player-friendly fairways and small greens with few breaks. The golf course is overall very forgiving but it offers interesting risk-reward opportunities that will appeal to players of all skill levels. In addition to the two golf courses, Orangebrook C.C. boasts extensive practice facilities that include a spacious lighted driving range with distance markers and a practice bunker.

Range balls

Staff was friendly but not real informative..

checked in asked for range balls got the tokens.. my clubs were taken from bag drop to the staging area for carts.

Was asked my tee time.. which I was a hour early for so I could get range balls.. guy told me can’t take cart to the range! Oh I say yes they (inside) should have told you that when you got the tokens.. the range is no where close to the stageing area.. so my wife and I had to carry our clubs to the range. Not a real problem just didn’t expect..

Also wasn’t told you don’t return to the club house at the turn. No cart person out on course for drinks.. so again been nice to know up front..

The course is pretty open except for a few holes. Some greens were in need of repair but overall not bad..

The course is on good property spread out and in improving condition. The Wests greens are better now than a few months ago. The staff is friendly and accommodating and if you need any supplies the Pro shop is stocked better than golf stores.
