Hollywood Beach Golf Club

I’ll start with the good. Course is empty so you can play as fast or as slow as you’d like. Staff is also super friendly and personable. However, the course is terribly maintained. The greens are furrier than the carpet in my bedroom, the tee boxes are full of weeds that are so overgrown they are as high as the tee, and the rough is so high that any ball that goes in has a 95% chance of not being found.

Fun course with some nice challenging holes. Some areas were flooded due to recent rains but had a great time.

My wife is pregnant and had an issue the morning of my tee time I called multiple to let them know and I was told I was out of luck that I would still be responsible for the full amount of the time booked !!! I have never been so appalled in my life!! Will not recommend this course to anyone !!

The course need attention on the greens, way too sandy. The staff is worth going back for. Friendly and accommodating. My starter was great and knew I wanted to play alone as I had lots on my mind that day. Will definitely play it again.

It is still horribly filthy. I suggested that they open a couple of hours later one day and have all of their maintenance crew ride around with garbage barrels and clean the course; they haven"t done that

Since the pandemic began 03/20, I have played here at least once a week and I always enjoyed the rounds. But, recently we had terrible rains and they were under 30 inches of water (so they said) and the course is inundated with garbage. They say they are cleaning it but I have not seen any indication of cleaning. I have spoken to the office and shown photos but there has been no improvement.
