Stoneybrook East Golf Course
About
Located in Central Florida, Stoneybrook East Golf Course is a championship course that has all the signatures of classic Florida golf courses. Although traditional in design there are some modern elements that lend to the overall challenge of the course. The large fairways are naturally tree-lined and the generous greens are multi-tiered and undulating. The green are also immaculately kept. Preserved wetlands and waterways create hazards that come into play on a few holes. There is also abundant wildlife on the course. Stoneybrook East Golf Course features three sets of tees.

Tough conditions
This is the 3rd of 4th time I’ve played Stoney within the last few months & im shocked to see the course like this.
The conditions of Stoney have always been great, especially the greens. I played here 3 weeks ago and then came back for a hot deal on Sunday and 16/18 greens were almost not puttable. Some of the fairways were also looking pretty tough, around the greens was tough to chip on with a lot of muddy areas.
I know a lot of our courses are experiencing some tough conditions around this time of year, but there are also plenty of courses in great condition right now.
Not sure if this is negligence or if they will be back to regular conditions in the next few weeks.
Also drives me crazy that Stoney lets out so many solo golfers with no ranger… they also don’t have a restaurant or cart girl. They have a snack bar but with it being 90 something out every day… bring your own drinks and food with a cooler
Needs some love
Played here on 6/1 and the course was in rough shape all around. Tee boxes, fairways and most greens could all use some love. I'd say still worth playing if you can get a hot deal, but full price? No way.
Needs some TLC
Unfortunately the course has declined in just a few weeks. Played 3 weeks ago and it was in good shape. Now the greens have several bare and/or rough patches.
The staff here is always nice.
Great Value Interesting Course Layout
Course in overall good-excellent condition, especially considering the weather. Interesting layout and mix of holes. Excellent value for money and outstanding pace of play. Highly recommend!
TLC needed
Course was pretty good. Greens were slow and moldy bumpy and hilly. Colt
Bad greens
The course is good but about 13 greens are jin terrible condition, ball would just jump in all direction when putting
Greens are bad
Just played here several times a month ago and was great…but now the greens are in shambles. I almost think they’ve watered them too much as they were very squishy. A shame how quickly a course can go from one of the best values to towards the bottom
Greens horrible
Played here a month ago and it was in fantastic condition. Fairways were plush, tee boxes in grea t shape and the greens were carpet with incredibly smooth rolling. Played yesterday and the greens were eaten up with fungus, slimy bare spots, and putts were bouncing around like rolling across rocks. Fairways were still pretty decent but the tee boxes were pretty chewed up. I was pretty disappointed.
Scammers
I would avoid this place at all cost. The shop will make unauthorized charges on your credit card and say nothing about it. We had a party of 3 and only 2 were able to make it and we told the shop the other guy wasn’t coming and they didn’t say a word. Just waited until we left then charged the card on file again. I could understand a no show policy for a full course but there were singles, doubles etc. we only passed 1 foursome. Definitely won’t be back.
SCAM
I’ve played here twice and sent over $60 each time. This course is an absolute scam. Expect to be playing in mud or weeds on sand. Every green is saturated and you will get no spin. I sank my ball basically completely in the mud on a green. DO NOT play here, unless you want to have a terrible time and get ripped off while doing it. Trust me place elsewhere
First time back in 5 years, very content
The course was in overall good shape. Fairways were good, greens rolled true, tee boxes could use a little bit of work but nothing crazy. Got a hot deal for 41$ and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again
Beautiful Course Layout , but not kept up
Very nice course layout with some holes very picturesque. Tee boxes average. Fairways, areas around the greens and greens themselves were not kept up. Many brown patches and weeds. Some of the greens were diseased and needed attention. There were no significant amenities. No water on course, no sit down restaurant and minimal selection in the pro shop. Good course to play once but would not play again.
Come play the worst course in the area
Welcome, enjoy the worst course in the area. From greens that feel like the rough, dirt tee boxes, to 30 foot mud pits we have it all. We guarantee you will break atleast 2 clubs while here. So come on down and realize why now plays here twice
