Greens need to be redone
This is our second time playing the course and it has not improved. Most of the greens are brown and you are putting on sandy dirt. Just awful. We won't be returning until the greens recover.
Great bones
This course has such great bones. Well designed and visibly appealing. That said there is little else to congratulate.
Several greens were just compressed dirt. The practice area was a dust bowl and the clubhouse area was in need of an overhaul.
Such the pity.
In contrast the fairways and the tee boxes were in fair shape and the routing of the course was great. You could see the trouble and the group ahead with ease.
The course was backed up on the day we played and initially we had been scheduled to join a twosome.
We were informed that you don’t do that there.
The death of golf etiquette.
Would recommend playing only when course conditions improve .
You call those greens???
We booked two weeks stay at this resort through our Thousand Trails membership hoping to play it 7-8 times while camping. We booked a tee time the day we arrived for the following day. The tee areas were rough but acceptable as were the fairways but most of the greens were anything but green. Grass was almost non-existent. After that first round I canceled my next tee time and we found other courses in the area for less money and much much better condition.
Nice little course
If money is no object you won't want to play here., but for people on a budget it is a very good course for the money. It has water on almost every hole so bring plenty of extra golf balls.
Challenging fun golf course
Glad to this golf on golf now been meaning to play it for a while. The clubhouse staff was friendly and helpful being my first there. The course conditions were what I kind of expected. Yes there weeds on tee off areas ,in the roughs and in the fairways too. The layout of the golf course is a wetland area so there is some sort of water on every hole. Yes I will play here again.
Not For The Faint Of Heart
Nice tight course. My 7 wood & Gap wedge were my friends today. Big daddy stayed in the bag. The 2 Staff members we dealt with today were really nice people and meade me feel like they appreciated our business. Will definitely be back.
Water, tight fairways, deep rough
The width of the fairways is always the fun and challenge here. But with the recent rains, the water was a bit higher and fairways were a bit higher. Lost a few balls in the grass in the middle of a couple of fairways. Greens were not too bad for central Florida. Pace was fine, played with m6 nephew and we were done in 3 hours.
Great unexpensive course
The course was great for being so cheap. Greens were very nice but a little slow. There is water on 17/18 holes but is a very short course. Will definitely go back!
Play it again
Fine course, first time I was on the green in three on 18, then bogey, try again.
Greens were slow and in good shape.
I though overall for the money it was a great buy
And the people were very friendly....but I was very very impressed with the shape of the greens....
So most definitely I would recommend this course to my friends!!!! Thanks for A Great visit ...
A good challenging par 67 course
Lots of water; so bring extra balls. In very good shape especially the greens. There was unfortunately a SLOW 4some 2 groups ahead; too bad the ranger (starter) did not make at least one round of the course.
