About
Green Valley Country Club in Clermont sprawls across rolling hills that were once used for citrus farming. The unusually undulating terrain allows for scenic vistas all around, including a panoramic view of Lake Minneola from the sixth fairway. The golf course boasts some of the highest elevations in Lake County and the routing of the layout does much to take advantage of the sloping terrain. Throughout the golf course you'll find linear fairways and large rolling greens that call for heroic carries. Water hazards come into play on a few holes but in order to let the natural contours shine, bunkering was kept to a minimum. You'll only find it along the front and sides of the greens. Green Valley Country Club's seventh is one of the toughest holes, with an intimidating peninsula green that requires an epic drive in order to reach it in regulation.

Course needs more work
I don't want to be too critical of this course since it seems to be on the he up and up according to the reviews, but it needs more work
You can tell they are trying. Some tee boxes are barely playable, fairways have tons of weeds and greens are hit or miss in terms of quality. Some holes are pretty challenging especially the first few. However pace of play and value is nice. Plenty of times available. Good for a causal round.
Course is in better shape than in past, you can see they are working to improve course
Pretty good value for money and a nice layout
We always enjoy Green valley but ever since they aerated about 3 weeks ago its like you're putting on sponge now! We noticed that they have let the rough grow out a lot more than usual, besides that still a great track with great views and undulations and we will be back just wish they would get the greens back to the way they used to be.
Good greens & tee boxes
Good value for green fees. Friendly stafff-Gave me a range bucket as they ran out & were in process of picking balls Fairways were ok & at times a little bumpy. Greens were excellent Tees boxes were very good but a few were cut a little high making it hard to get tee at proper height
Perfect for early tee time in July
Price was great. Greens were well maintained and fairways as well. Cart paths a bit bumpy. Restrooms numerous along the course and no one was around to slow a twosome down. Finished in under 3 hours.
Great Layout
Simply put Green Valley never disappoints, the layout is fantastic, elevation changes are a nice change to typical flat courses in Orlando! The greens are really coming along, fairways are looking good and the price is reasonable. We will definitely be back! Keep up the great work everyone!
First hack at the green valley
This course is an emerald in the rough. The two par fives out of the gate build you up to a stunning view from the sixth tee box. My favorite hole includes a spectacular hilltop vista of Clermont and the green swamp area! The back nine also features several lakes and fauna with no added fee! What an enjoyable round of golf :)
Great Value
Green Valley is a scoreable course with some challenging holes. The rough was over grown in some areas but the fairways/greens were in very good condition.
