Great greens, severe elevation changes, and well-placed hazards will keep you focused on this course. By focusing on the importance of playability, aesthetics and maintenance, Clifton has captured the natural beauty of the area. It is "thinker's course" where players have an opportunity to use every club in the bag.

King's Ridge opened a second 18-hole course in 2002. The new Ridge Course at Kings Ridge Golf Club is a Par 57, 3660-yard course designed by Ron Garl, making this an ideal location for your 36-hole day.

No water on course

And the title does NOT refer to hazard. No water available anywhere on the property. The restrooms on 7 and 13 did not have a drinking fountain even. Not mentioned during check in, even though it was my first time there.

Liked the course. Range balls too expensive.

Driving range, putting area and chipping area nice. Layout nice.

Harassed

Always a weird experience… this time we accidentally hit one to the right and got a house… embarrassing yes. No damage. The owner came out and harassed us… expected. It was an accident. Then he went to the clubhouse and was a little loud about what had happened.

We took the turn only to have the cart barn guy fill us around at a distance. Then on hole 11 he finally approached us and accused us of already finishing 18 holes and going back out without paying! As frustrating as it was we decided to leave… Not Going Back!

Nice Layout

Course has a nice layout and is in good shape even with all the dry weather. Greens were a little slow but again understandable being so dry. Great pace of play just over 3.5 hours on a Saturday morning.
