A Lloyd Clifton creation of Kings Course at Kings Ridge Golf Club is an 18-hole beauty and Lake County's best-kept secret. Great greens, severe elevation changes, and well-placed hazards will keep you focused on this course. By focusing on the importance of playability, aesthetics and maintenance, Clifton has captured the natural beauty of the area. It is "thinker's course" where players have an opportunity to use every club in the bag.
King's Ridge opened a second 18-hole course in 2002. The new Ridge Course at Kings Ridge Golf Club is a Par 57, 3660-yard course designed by Ron Garl, making this an ideal location for your 36-hole day.

In the best shape
We golf at this course at least twice a month and it is in the best shape.

Fairways in good shape, greens just irrated so very slow.
Better than I expected
Not too bad at all. Good value for the money. I like it better than Legends across the way.
In decent condition and I like the layout. Biggest negative was no beverage cart, but cart has a cooler, so stock up...it's so hot right now!
Kings Ridge
Well maintained track in Clermont on 27. Easily accessible off of 50 or the Turnpike. Course is challenging due to changes in topography. I have always enjoyed playing the course.
Great Shape
Course is in great shape right now! Greens are In beautiful condition, slightly long and slow but that’s a given this time of year. It will definitely pay off in the fall when the weather cools off. Definitely worth it.
Great!
Phenomenal experience. Played on a day where pace of play was perfect (a lot due to weather), but course was also in awesome shape. Caught it just right between aerification, I assume. Might be best value in the area right now.
Slow greens and slow play
Greens were quite slow but in good condition. Not many groups on the course after a rainy morning but we waiters on every shot. Tried to call the pro shop to send out a ranger but no answer. I finally drove to the group in front of us and asked them to speed up… that worked for 3 holes.
Slow play
No Marshall, waited to go off and paid for 18 but only played nine which took 2.5 hours. 3 open holes in front and no Marshall to be found. Really disappointing, take your money and your on your own!
The greens
There is a lot of golf courses I can put in the fringe of the green. The grass here will not let you putt it you have to chip, and then the green are sloped extremely. Out of four guys not one of us made a birdie the whole day. The pace of play was good. The greens are a little bumpy, but probably because of the verification
Need WATER!!
The course was in good shape as always.....
But, I know that many courses took their water jugs off the course due to Covid, but it is time to put them back! Without a beverage cart, water needs to be provided since you are not allowed to bring outside beverages.
Courses need to provide water.......for free especially during the hot summer months.

It was so pleasant to play on a green course. Thank you for the fun round.
No water on course
And the title does NOT refer to hazard. No water available anywhere on the property. The restrooms on 7 and 13 did not have a drinking fountain even. Not mentioned during check in, even though it was my first time there.
Liked the course. Range balls too expensive.
Driving range, putting area and chipping area nice. Layout nice.
