About
The Ridge Course at Kings Ridge Golf Club is an 18-hole executive course in Clermont. The golf course was designed by Ron Garl and opened in 2002.

Like this course
We have played here every year on our winter vacation. We love the design, the price was great, and the pace was good. Carts are very good. The greens are pretty rough, it could use some water on the fairways and more rakes for the sand traps.
The corse is in good shape and if you are over 65 I recommend to anyone
Go there and have a wonderful day with your friends
Good Fun
Positive energy right from the start with Bruce making sure everything was good with the reservation, clubs, and cart. A fun little executive course.
Nice course?
My first impression was bad. I couldn't find the Golf course using Waze or my car GPS. I called the shop and the guy briefly tried to give me directions and said he was busy and hung up on me. I was going to leave and as a last resort tried Google Maps and finally found the place. The experience once in person was totally different. I was greeted with a welcoming good morning and the person that inially hung up on me was very friendly. He game me a map of the course and how to get there. I had a little difficulty driving to the executive course as it's literally a mile away from the clubhouse. Once I found the course, it was easy to follow the signs. The course it's pretty hard ( 15 out of the 18 holes are par 3s) with a lot of slopes and some down hill holes. Overall it was a good experience and will be back in the future.
Sunday round
Conditions are still poor. Over seeding has not come in yet. Greens have improved but are still bumpy. Layout is good, and interesting. White tees should be moved back, currently too close to reds.
Conditions
Pace was slow, however we were a twosome behind a foursome. Greens were not rolled so they were bumpy. Overseer has not yet come in. However the ground was soft so divots could be achieved. Overall the round was ok.
Greens could use work
We like this executive course which has done challenges. The greens could use some work and fairways don’t have much grass. Price is certainly right!
The corse is in great shape and the price is also good for the time of the year, I recommend to anyone
Good corse in very good shape and good price recommend to any one to have a good time
Terrible
This place is terrible. I booked a tee time for 4:05 PM. It gets dark around 6 PM right now so I thought I would be able to fit in 18 holes on the Executive course. I get to the pro shop and the guy doesn’t let me out because carts have to be in at 5 PM. Why would carts have to be in at 5 PM when it doesn’t get dark until 6. Seems like the worker just wanted to go home early.
You get what you pay for
The tee boxes were a little hairy, the fairways are in decent shape, and the greens a some work. For the price, It’s a good value for a casual round of golf.
Not even worth the Groupon ticket
This executive course has some potential with its layout, but it has been totally ignored and dilapidated
Very nice area and friendly team!
We had scheduled for the executive course, but it was under maintenance so they allowed us to play on the full length course instead. The team was so friendly at check-in and throughout our entire experience. They were very transparent about any maintenance happening on the course. And it was overall a really nice experience. I’ll definitely go back.
Immense potential
For the price, not terrible. There WAS a warning of "recovery conditions", but the poor state was a lot to deal with. The neighborhood was one of the most well kept and beautiful that i have ever seen. The course layout, scenery, was SO FUN. So many times I thought, "there's no way I'm in Florida..." But 80% of the greens were damaged, HALF were in a terrible state, and 2 of the holes were just purely UNPLAYABLE. EVEN BEING a par 3 course, if this was in decent condition, I would spend $40+ without question.
