Swiss Fairways Golf Course
About
Located just west of downtown Orlando in Clermont, Swiss Fairways Golf Course utilizes the wide open and hilly terrain that is typical for that area, but uncommon throughout the rest of the state. Large greens welcome low handicappers while strategic bunkering is incorporated into the layout to add some challenge. There are over a hundred sand traps in total and 10 water hazards come into play. Swiss Fairways Golf Course has a relaxed, casual atmosphere that is far from the typical country club environment. Although it is relatively unknown, the Swiss Fairways Golf Course will most likely grow in popularity due to its affordable rates and interesting layout.

204 yard (blue tee) Par three third hole Photo submitted by Edpro on 07/08/2013
Great hice away course
The Staff was amazing and the place was super quiet. The Greens are in decent condition for the price. It is only 9 holes. So, if you are planning to do 18, you will have a "do over" in the "back 9" lol.
Overall, not a PGA course, but great for the day with the boys.
Thomas C
It was. Good starter course to up your game . Some challenging holes . Greens were slow . It went from a 18 hole course to playing the same “ front 9 2x’s””.
Bonus!! Free entertainment water skiing pratice on hole #2..
Hidden gem
Unique course. With very true rolling greens. Didn’t have to. Wait the whole round. Tee boxes were in great shape
Enjoyable day! They really care about keeping the 9 holes in great condition!
Best Srixon dealer in Lorids with a great selection
Thank you!
One disappointment
We have been playing Swiss Fairways for a couple of months now and find the course fun and challenging. Unfortunately, this last round we found the scheduling of players to be a bit out of sinc. We completed the first nine in a timely manner. Once we got to our second time around we were greeted with several foursome's just teeing off, interrupting our pace of play and forcing us to skip to hole 6. As you can imagine we were not happy about that.
Swiss Fairways
Golf course is a great value to play 18 holes with cart for $33. Greens are in good condition, fairways just ok and rough below average. Course was super wet. My guess is there has been a lot of rain. You have to play the front nine twice so not ideal but remember it’s only $33. Won’t play it again while here in the area but will come back next year.
The course itself is not bad.
I read the reviews too late, so went in knowing it was a 9 hole course played twice instead of an 18 hole course but thought I would try it out, since it mentioned it had two tee boxes. Not sure what they meant by that, even after playing I’m still not sure what it means. As predicted with a 9 hole course played twice, it backed up pretty bad playing it a second round. Everyone around either understood or hid their anger. Didn’t deal with the manager and the hotdogs were edible. I don’t know if I’d go back.
Great layout but terrible maintenance
I love the design of this course but management lacks concern for proper golf maintenance and upkeep. I would certainly play it more often if course conditions were better.
Love this course
Love this course even though it was reduced to 9 holes and playing it twice at different tees.
The whole course was in terrific condition and the greens were good as well.
I'm sad that we can't play the back nine I really did well playing the back.
Not bad for a newbie or on cource training
I played this course a few years ago and it was ruff back then. so i was very surprised to see the green in very good shape however the course does not have 18 holes only 9 so you have to play the course twice. I guess the reason i was a little turned off was because i didn't know this nor was i told.
