the coarse will be very nice when improvement start taking hold I'll play there again

This course was great until the last year. Owners should pay u to play. I seen many courses in my life ,but this is absolutely the WORSE !!!! I've very seen. Go bowling ,go fishing go do anything but play this trash.

SHAME ON OWNERS FOR LETTING THIS COURSE RUN DOWN.

This course is exactly like Cabot expect for 1/20 of the cost. Sand was everywhere making it challenging especially on the greens. Really loved the new mulch they are putting in really makes you forget about everything else! Can’t wait to see what they work on next but definitely will be back

I paid $50 to play this course that wouldn't even be suited as a sheep pasture. I should've asked for a refund, but I knew that wouldn't happen. They're is no way this track will ever be a destination for golf as it would have to be completely killed off and replanted before it could be considered playable.

Tee boxes were mostly sand, hard to hit par threes. Fairways are coming back except in middle, seems like they are trying, several water sprinklers on. Hit numerous drives down middle and got sand splash no roll at all. Greens are coming back, they are working hard to get course right. Maybe try again next year.

Great Layout. Like most courses recently purchased. needs some work. Greens were good. Back nine was in better shape. But remember it is Winter and grass perks up in the spring. To all you Up North Snowbirds, What does your course look like in Winter ?

I had played this course a couple of years ago on a Group Golfer coupon and it was in pretty decent shape. Played it again on another Group Golfer coupon and BOY was I disappointed. I should have known something was up when we drove into the parking lot and there were maybe 5 or 6 cars in the parking lot at 11 AM. The course is in HORRIBLE condition. Greens have more sand than grass on them. Most of the tee boxes are like teeing of from a sand trap as it's almost impossible to find any grass on them. The fairways are no better (if you would call them that). You were almost better off hitting into the rough as there seemed to be a little grass there. Overall, terrible day on the course. Only saving grace was it was a gorgeous day and the drive was very scenic getting to the course. Will not be back until I see lots of favorable reviews on the course.

The course has taken a step backwards since we played it last. The tee boxes are torn up, half the fairways have big patches of dirt and the greens are starting to show bald spots and some weeds.

In my 42 years on this planet, this is easily the worst golf course I've ever played. Barely any grass on fairways, almost none on tees. Grass on tees was so bad a teed up on the side one time so I could keep my footing. It keeps getting worse every year. I won't go back until someone I personally know guarantees to me that it's ok. I wouldn't play this course for free. After 9, I went inside and asked for a rain check on the other 9. I went out to the parking lot and lit the receipt on fire. Please sell the course to someone who gives a crap, it used to be a good course with a nice layout.

Course is in tough shape. Will try again in a few months

I played this course when it was Southern Woods, a few years ago. At that time it was in great shape. Now it is in terrible shape. Fairways and greens absent large areas of grass. Only two fairways on the back nine in somewhat decent shape. Looks like the new owners are not maintaining it. also, the restaurant was closed. Literally sandy potholes on some of the greens. I would not play it again. They need to sell it to someone who will keep it up.

I thought Oakhill golf was bad,this one is worse.Tee boxes, fairways and greens nothing but sand course should be closed 🔒.
