About
Formerly known as Grand Lacuna Golf Club, this par-71 championship course now goes by the name Atlantic National Golf Club. Designed in the late 1980s by Joe Lee, the course was designated one of the 50 best public courses in Florida. The challenging layout has plenty of variety that will require all different types of shots. Golfers will find that they need to use every club in their bag. Water hazards come into play on several holes but the strategically placed bunkers that lurk along the greensides and fairways are particularly tricky. There are some tough holes but it is an accommodating layout for all skill levels, especially since it has four diverse sets of tees. In addition to the golf course, Atlantic National offers a grass driving range, two putting greens, and a chipping area with a practice bunker.

Greens are in excellent shape, very fair. Fairways good shape. Some tee boxes need a little work. Overall course was in great condition. Pro shop very courteous.
Very playable
Clubhouse and amenities limited. Fun golf course in very good condition.

Nice course to play

Don’t forget to cancel even if an emergency arises
Called the pro shop a two days after my missed tee time due to an emergency I was out of town for. Last thing I was thinking of was to call and cancel a tee time. The pro shop guys were super nice. However, After calling 2 days in a row for the guy who could issue a refund I come to find out this guys is completely heartless corpo who’s only objective was to take my money. Complete disregard for an emergency. I will never be playing here. The golf industry has gone to the dumps with no hospitality only focused on profit. It’s truly a shame. I was excited.

Very Nice
Welcoming staff, easy checkin, starter friendly and helpful. The course is better every week. Carts are showing some wear, hopefully a refreshed fleet coming soon as this is my preferred local course.
Good to see a beverage cart again. Still missing a snack bar and lunch on the patio would be nice to have.

If you are white you will enjoy
Racist pro shop employee and ranger.
Took my 4 year old son and giving me crap cause he couldn’t ride with me and my friend in the same cart saying it was a liability. So an addition $20 dollars. Then the ranger passes the group holding us up and tells me to make sure my son isn’t holding up the pass of play and there wasn’t even anyone behind us.
Incredible stupid people will never play this course again and if you like liberal dumb people then this course is for you

Rain Scared Them All Away
Was suppose to rain so people cancelled their tee times getting me a hot deal for 25$ after fees. I would have never played here prior due to the price but this is one of the best courses I’ve played in our area. Even at the 69 they charge for a normal tee time, it is super worth it
