Arlington Ridge Golf Club in Leesburg, Fla. runs alongside the Palatlakaha River, which edges along the entire southern boundary. Centuries-old oak trees have a commanding presence on the course with stately oak canopies providing beautiful backdrops to the greens and fairways. Pro golfer and NBC commentator Gary Koch crafted the layout. He wanted to create a golf course that is challenging but not overly difficult, giving it appeal for players of any skill level. The layout has a varied mix of holes that strike a balance between being tough and player friendly. Beginners still have a good shot at finishing the round strong while seasoned golfers will enjoy the subtle nuances of the course's tests that come from the elevated greens, strategically placed hazards, and dogleg approaches. You won't encounter any major obstacles but Arlington Ridge is a golf course that will make you think.

Always Playable
Grass is starting to come back. Tee boxes were good. Some areas still lacking from lack of hydration. Greens very quick still. The Beverage cart LACKS SPIRITS. First class courses have them available. Get some.
Overall good
First time playing here and enjoyed it. Friday afternoon round, pace of play was good, greens were in good shape minus a few spots, same with the fairways. Would definitely come back
Nice course.
Everything was great - staff value pace layout EXCEPT the course was bone dry. I get it no rain = dry conditions. Nothing can be done about that. That’s a shame. Would love to play this track w plush conditions.
Arlington Ridge
We were a three some and we enjoyed playing and will definitely play there again.
Just Needs a Drink
Course from Tee to green was okay. Fairways are pretty sparse. Tee boxes are in much better shape than my last visit but a few were hard with bare areas. The greens were very good. Its just dry. Let it have some water.
Course condition
The chorus was extremely dry, which was to be expected but why was so much of it roped off when it was dry everywhere somebody went crazy with ropes saying carts this direction and it was unnecessary. other than that we had an enjoyable day pace of play was good the greens were good and we enjoyed ourselves.
It’s too bad
Hopefully when moving forward, the staff will let people know that the course is not in great shape before they go out and play. I also bought to play with others as a single. I do love this course, and I hope they can improve it.
Greens are in great shape and fast!
Fairways need a little help. There hasn't been much rain here for the last 2 months. A little seed and water would be a good thing......
Tee times
This course has tee times at 8 minute intervals. Which means you would have to finish your round of play in 2 hrs. And 24 minutes. This schedule causes slow play . No one I play with could finish no less than 3 hrs. (10 minute tee times) for this reason many golfers get impatient and hit into other golfers blaming them for slow play when in fact the course causes the problem . This makes a slow boring round and this is why I would not recommend playing here

Course needed a bit of TLC Greens were fine but fairways and rough very patchy.
