Arlington Ridge Golf Club in Leesburg, Fla. runs alongside the Palatlakaha River, which edges along the entire southern boundary. Centuries-old oak trees have a commanding presence on the course with stately oak canopies providing beautiful backdrops to the greens and fairways. Pro golfer and NBC commentator Gary Koch crafted the layout. He wanted to create a golf course that is challenging but not overly difficult, giving it appeal for players of any skill level. The layout has a varied mix of holes that strike a balance between being tough and player friendly. Beginners still have a good shot at finishing the round strong while seasoned golfers will enjoy the subtle nuances of the course's tests that come from the elevated greens, strategically placed hazards, and dogleg approaches. You won't encounter any major obstacles but Arlington Ridge is a golf course that will make you think.

Needs fairway work, and much more watering!!!
Good value, but really poor fairways. Tees are acceptable, and the greens are nice. Very friendly staff and Bob the starter was super!
Course
We play this course often and always slow, book too many and have to wait at each t box
Water
We asked the starter for a place to buy water and was told a food cart would be around, after 9 holes we stopped for water and snacks nothing opened and was told the cart was on the back 9 . Never seen a cart for the day maybe a machine out front on a hot day . Love the course!

Fairways are thin but okay and also very playable
Greens were good and fast
Big greens. Aim for the pin.
I read a review before I played and agree they need more signage between holes as there was a long drive from the greens to the next tee

Course is in very good shape Have played it multiple times and has by been consistently good. Greens are some of the best around. The staff at this course is very cordial and create a very good start to your round.
Fairways were horrible. Ross was nonexistent. You’d have better luck, playing in a farm field.
Golfer Friendly
Played at 8 am and the pro shop staff and starter were all friendly. Played with two golfer's that we had never met before (Tony & Russell) both friendly great guys to enjoy a round of golf with.
The course had been airated and the fairways were were not very thick taking some of the reward for good shots away.
There is ample practice facilities, bathrooms, and beverage cart. This is a nice friendly place to play golf.
Arlington experience
Course was nice but green were hard and fast and the fairways had little grass.
