Arlington Ridge Golf Club in Leesburg, Fla. runs alongside the Palatlakaha River, which edges along the entire southern boundary. Centuries-old oak trees have a commanding presence on the course with stately oak canopies providing beautiful backdrops to the greens and fairways. Pro golfer and NBC commentator Gary Koch crafted the layout. He wanted to create a golf course that is challenging but not overly difficult, giving it appeal for players of any skill level. The layout has a varied mix of holes that strike a balance between being tough and player friendly. Beginners still have a good shot at finishing the round strong while seasoned golfers will enjoy the subtle nuances of the course's tests that come from the elevated greens, strategically placed hazards, and dogleg approaches. You won't encounter any major obstacles but Arlington Ridge is a golf course that will make you think.

Greens were terrible, could not hold a ball at all. Very unhappy! Very slow a lot of foursomes.
Good course for the drive and money
Course had just sanded the greens, very difficult to read. Overall nice course
Very Very Slow Play
The fairways were in nice conditions. The greens were in bad condition.
The pace of play was awful. We waited on every hole and stopped after 9 holes.
It Would have been a good value if the pace of play was close to reasonable.

Gary Koch designs courses that are fun with some challenge but gettable when you are striking the ball well.
The greens keeper is to be commended. Greens are in perfect shape

The course was in good shape,the staff was very friendly,all was good. Met some old friends from NC played at a good pace great day.
This course was in great shape , good variety of holes .
First time playing here , course has a good layout , fair . Greens were fast and fairways in great shape . Will definerly play here again .

SLOW PLAY
The course is great. I really have no complaints except for the pace of play. They seem to let groups go out every 7min or so. This makes for a lot of bunching up throughout the game. The last 3 times i have played here all 12 noon or later in the day seem to be 5hour games. I dont leave cause i paid to play but seriously should not take that long to play this course. The layout is wide open. I think MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO ADRESS THE SLOW PLAY. Otherwise go and enjoy its a good course.
