Miami Springs Golf & Country Club
About
Miami Springs Golf & Country Club dates back to 1925, making it one of the oldest courses in the area. The club is the original home of the Miami Open and it has hosted many notable players over the years including Sam Snead and Gene Sarazen. The golf course has become a local favorite over the years, offering a round that is both challenging and affordable. The golf course has a traditional design with narrow fairways lined with mature trees and the greens are small and subtly undulating. It's a layout that demands accuracy and careful course management will be generously rewarded. You won't find too much water on the golf course but there are some strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. Miami Springs Golf & C.C. has some tricky holes but it's not overly difficult for the high handicapper.

Not a Good Value
Miami Springs is marketed, and priced, as a somewhat upscale golf course and it is has no problems filling up tee times. But I don't understand why. The fairways are in terrible shape, with a few roped off and you aren't allowed to drive the cart on it. The fairways are, hard, full of weed and dead grass and very dry, from lack of a proper sprinkler system. And this was after the course was closed for a year a couple years ago for a major do over. Much better golf courses available for what they charge. The only good things are the greens and a very nice club house and decent driving range.
The best thing about this course is the greens, but they’re very slow
This course needs a lot of attention specially in the tea box and fairways. There’s too much dirt in the fairways and too much dirt in the tea boxes.
Peacefully Great Course!
Lot’s of sleeves of the greens but the conditions were good!

No cart available at tee time
Horrible tee boxes
Average fairways
Poor greens
Love Greens
Great greens, fairways really bad. This course was redone in the past few years, fairway grass is very patchy and some fairways are roped off to carts.
Great course
Great overall experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really set the tone for the round. While the course conditions could have been better—some fairways were a bit thin on grass—it was still an enjoyable day of golf. Solid course and a good time overall.
Great course
Had a really enjoyable round here. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which always makes a big difference. While the course conditions could have been better—there wasn’t much grass on some of the fairways—the overall experience was still a good one. Laid-back atmosphere, helpful staff, and a solid place to play. Would come back.
Really bad fairways
A course that spent few millions just a couple of years ago where the prices when really high and couldn’t take care of that problem is a shame, at least the greens are good.
Course in bad shape really slow greens
It’s a cool facility but the course is in terrible shape. Dropped after most shots due to ground under repair. Greens were in good condition though just really slow. The rental clubs were nice though Taylor made QI35 woods and QI irons, and it’s pretty tough to lose balls on the course.
Sad, Distressed, and a Ripoff.
The Golf course is at the worst condition that it has ever been. Completely incomprehensible given that it went through a major renovation last year. I felt robbed and abused that they can charge the prices that they charge.

Fairways are dirt very little grass. After $$$ close and renovation this is worse than ever
Tee boxes very bad condition. Only greens are decent.
Winter is not an excuse other courses in area have plenty grass on fairways and for similar price structure.
Ashamed after all that $ spent.
