About
Miami Springs Golf & Country Club dates back to 1925, making it one of the oldest courses in the area. The club is the original home of the Miami Open and it has hosted many notable players over the years including Sam Snead and Gene Sarazen. The golf course has become a local favorite over the years, offering a round that is both challenging and affordable. The golf course has a traditional design with narrow fairways lined with mature trees and the greens are small and subtly undulating. It's a layout that demands accuracy and careful course management will be generously rewarded. You won't find too much water on the golf course but there are some strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. Miami Springs Golf & C.C. has some tricky holes but it's not overly difficult for the high handicapper.

Love this course
Great course and layout. Greens and fairways are in perfect conditions. Everyone that works here is so friendly. Especially Amanda in the pro shop. Every time I check in the entire process takes about one minute. She is so efficient and provides excellent customer service.

My Favorite Course
Love this course. The staff here is so friendly, especially the young lady in the Pro Shop. She is so helpful, friendly, and efficient. Love the layout of this course. Greens are a little slow but the fairways are nice. I will definitely come back.

Nice Greens!
Best greens we have played so far in South Florida!! No bald spots and fairly fast! Fairways were decent and pace of play was great, about 3 hours for our round. Starting at 11:30 and finished around 2:30 pm.

Price was ok compared to surrounding courses
Course was average and not too much trouble to get into. Ranger was friendly and helpful. Young lady in pro shop was also friendly. Waitress in breakfast lounge was also nice. Only complaint I have is that I arrived as diner opened (7am) and ordered a breakfast sandwich which was said I would have to wait for (I was the only one in there the whole time) At 750 I walked out without breakfast because my tee time was @810.

Love this course
Great value for your money. Nice layout. Greens were a little slow. The young lady that works in the pro shop is amazing. She has such a great attitude. She is extremely efficient, friendly, and helpful.

the greens and the fairways are beautiful, the sand traps too, the greens a bit slow. some tee boxes lack a little love.

Great Greens
I used to go and play Jacaranda just for the fairways.
Miami Springs greens are really good, great value for your money. I would play this course just for the greens.

Blustery Cool Day
Enough wind to expose your ball striking and to test your short game. As usual the course is great value for money and is in good condition.

Pace of play
Pace of play was terrible. Tee boxes are sand instead of grass.

Mr. Sandman....Send Me A Green.....
A Hot Deal in January at a busy Miami-Dade course usually means there is a catch, and in this case, it was greens that undergone recent topdressing with sand. Most greens sported grainy patches, while tee boxes and fairways were fairly chewed up. Still the paltry number of players on the course made for a pleasantly rapid round. Bunkers were firm. No cart service and no GPS, but pro shop staff was friendly and competent. Snack bar provided efficient beverage service, as well.
The course should play better as the weather warms up....
