Miami Springs Golf & Country Club

Course was in great condition compared to others in the area. Lots of rain the past couple of weeks. Had not played here in 3 years. Maintenance has improved. Greens putted true. Fairways had good grass mowed tight.

Course and greens where in very average condition, I understand there has been a lot of rain recently so I'm sure that contributed to the condition of the course. Very flat and open course, easy to play and makes for a fun but rather unchallenging round. It was really windy so I appreciated the easy nature of the course.

Greens still slow. Not true as the ball does not stay on the ground when rolled. So Putts inside of 5ft are more miss than make.

Fairways in good shape. Bunkers have sand but not always consistent with the texture and depth.

A perfect practice course foe your approach and driver shots. The greens are the slowest in US Period. If I have to put a number on the green speed it was a 6. I don’t understand why would any superintendent in the world that won’t press the green knowing the fact that everyone complaints on the review section. It is a neighbor course and it is worth about 30-39 dollars per round. You will be disappointed.

The greens need mowed shorter. Staff is doing a good job healthy turf. Mow the greens tighter. Why the new lighting shelters? A waste of money. Mow the greens shorter. Greens have been built up by addding sand topdressing, good job. Now roll the greens and mow them shorter for the love of god.

the course if fantastic, very wide and clear Fairways, the greens in excellent condition, the only thing that I dislike is that I made the reservation with golf NOW hot Deals, when i got there they told me that they will not accept the hot deal reservation because I needed a membership card, but he told me this after he had charged my credit card and I end up paying $61.00 instead of the $37.00 that was offered on HOT DEAL

I usually play this course because the greens are good and with good speed. This time they were in good condition but way too slow. For $50 is a bit expensieve with its current conditions

What have you done to the greens of this course? They are extremely slow. If the average green speed is 6.5, the greens here are about 4.0. The grass on the greens is just too long. Other than the poor greens, the course is actually good even after a few days of heavy rain. The course layout is very generous with few hazards; if you have an erroneous shot, most likely you won't lose your ball. It's a good course to practice, especially for your driver. With a slow green, it's not worth $50; it's a $20 course. I hope they fix the green speed so that we have a very nice local golf course.

I was disappointed, I book thru Golf now t-Time 7:10 AM at $30.00 per player plus convenience fee and estimated taxes total 69.53 paid on line 5.33 however I was charged 87.74 because they say the reservation was not valid, didn't even deducted the paid on line fee of 5,33

Due at course $64,20 they told me that was not good and charged me $ 87,74 and he claimed was doing me a favor, otherwise would had been $120. plus

T o give an idea of how empty it was, I went off at 8:20 on a Friday by myself, played multiple balls, and was in my car by 10:30. Player-friendly layout with no hazards on the front and a few forced carries on the back, so a good place to work on your game. Lots of staff milling about the course, and on more than one occasion, someone actually drove out from behind me into the fairway while I was trying to hit my tee shot! One couldn't help but wonder what they were up to, because it certainly wasn't maintaining the greens! I knew going in that they had been punched a couple weeks ago and was hoping to see signs of recovery, but they were almost unplayable. Not sure if I'd play here again unless the greens are in much better shape.

I love playing this course because it challenges your driver tee shots. The greens were sanded and weren't cut so it had this hairy feel and look. So putts were slow and the ball f=didn't track. Greens should be nice in about 2 weeks

This is my second time there, and the greens are terrible, full of sand, is like putting in the beach.

There's better value for your money at other courses. But overall good if you get a deal.
