About

Miami Springs Golf & Country Club dates back to 1925, making it one of the oldest courses in the area. The club is the original home of the Miami Open and it has hosted many notable players over the years including Sam Snead and Gene Sarazen. The golf course has become a local favorite over the years, offering a round that is both challenging and affordable. The golf course has a traditional design with narrow fairways lined with mature trees and the greens are small and subtly undulating. It's a layout that demands accuracy and careful course management will be generously rewarded. You won't find too much water on the golf course but there are some strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. Miami Springs Golf & C.C. has some tricky holes but it's not overly difficult for the high handicapper.

Tough course especially the greens. Some holes are too long even from the senior tees. Lots of dog legs so you must position your tee shots or your next shot will be blocked. You should bounce your ball onto the greens otherwise you’ll run off the back. Greens have a lot of slope so putting speed is needed otherwise you will easily 3 putt.

Perfect greens

I was absolutely amazed at how nice the greens are, they roll perfect, the fairways were just par, the tee boxes were terrible! I am a 7 handicap and this is a true review. Id prefer perfect greens over nice tee boxes or fairways any day of the week! Course layout is kind of boring, but once again, once you hit that green, all the other issues with the course seem to dissapear! ..... i had a 6 am tee time which was the first tee time, yet i had 3’groups in front of me. Didnt

Enjoy that! Would i play again! ABSOLUTELY BECAUSE OF HOW GREAT THE GREENS WERE. Would i be a member or play it regularly, absolutely NOT! Price was fine considering prices of courses in the miami area!

The course was a nice test of golf. We just flew in from Pittsburgh and drove to the course.

Course was in great shape for this time of year. The people were very friendly and the pace of play was good. We ate after playing golf and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend this course .

Greens

Bunkers, greens and fairways are great. Course drained well after two days of rain. The tee boxes are too small and need to be remodeled. It is a good selection of par 3's and left and right bending holes. Staff is friendly. 19th hole has good food.

A nice, convenient option in Miami

We are average golfers and were very happy with Miami Springs. The greens are in great shape. And the fairways are ok. I'm happy when a golf course decides to put the money it has in the turf and greens if it has to choose between that and landscaping/beautification. Miami Springs has chosen the course.
