Excellent golf course!!! Recommend people from all walks of life to experience FOREST GLEN. Great shape and great office personnel!

Had two experiences that were both unpleasant with all of the staff... they made you keenly aware that you were not members and seem to go out of their way to make you NOT feel welcome. What a shame!! If you're not going to treat guests as guest, get off GolfNow and just don't offer any tee times to Outsiders.

The course was pristine and beautiful and I would love to go back again and again... but not to feel so unwelcome. Never. No.

Amazing course. Never get tired of playing it and with the drought in southwest Florida this course is in beautiful condition.

Forest Glen is one of the best courses available for non-members to play. It plays longer than advertised yardages due to bunkers, water hazards and Florida flora that lines most of the fairways. Tips feature long carries over water hazards on several holes. There is abundant trouble from modestly forward tees, too.

This course will teach both advanced and intermediate players humility.

Water hazards were low on water when I played in late May 2018. Fairways and greens are well maintained and in very good condition. Excellent practice facilities make early arrival a good idea.

Starter must have been having a bad day......we were 2 guys playing golf......he was rude at the start and worse when we finished......won't go back ever

theres only a couple of weeks before they begin airating their greens, so get on while you can.

its a fabulous course, and its really one of the best in the local market for the money.

Course was in great shape. Layout was nothing special. Some tricked up holes required lay up shots.

A must play for anyone in southwest Florida. Great conditions and a friendly staff. There are so many picture perfect holes to enjoy.

Forest glen is a well maintained very nice course. During season it is difficult to play but appeared on golfnow mid April and we grabbed a tee time. The practice area is manicured grass with an aqua driving range, nice chipping and putting area. The fairways, greens and tee boxes are immaculate. The layout is good, challenging but fair. There are a couple of quirky par 4s on the back that make you think (1 hole was 8 iron off tee and another 8 iron to green). The greens have undulations and will force a few three outs.

Solid course that should be on your list when in. Naples.

Our 'experience' began with our friends being asked to leave the grounds because they showed up more than an hour before our tee time. They arrived at 11:10 for our 12:18 tee time. They were asked to leave the grounds until the 'appointed hour' by the security guard. With the exception of the bag drop staff, we found the attitude of ALL other employees to be, at best, indifferent, but mostly unwelcoming. We wanted to meet for lunch (hence the early arrival) but we could only eat outside as indoor dining is reserved for members. This is a private country club that appears to enjoy the additional revenue from the outside public, but not the presence of the players themselves.

We have played at many of Southwest Florida's private courses, and Forest Glen is the exception to the usual friendly and welcoming attitude in the area.

The course itself is well laid out, in good condition, with the greens true, albeit not fast.

Play somewhere else, where you will feel welcome, not as an intruder.
