Fairways are beat up. Tee boxes all even. Greens run fast and true

Los Verdes has always played slow and not once have I ever gotten on the 1tee on time. 30 minutes to an hour is not uncommon at this course. Staffing is the high light of of the course.

Every timeI play this course I say I will not come back. They usually get some good deals on GolfNnow but even though it is a beautiful course at a reasonable price it is not worth the aggravation and amount of time it takes to play it. There is no spacing of groups and you end up taking 6 hours or more to play a full round. You have to wait so long in between shots that there’s no continuity. Too many players poorly spaced out.

Even though, the course has poor grass conditions, this course has awsome ocean view in number of holes. Good for the money

This is a beautiful course, "the poor man Pebble." It should be know that this is a 6 hour round of golf pretty much whenever you go out here. You play this course for the scenery, not for a quick round. Greens are challenging and ALWAYS break towards the water, even up hill. Would recommend this course.

It was the worst round of golf during our 3 weeks holidays in California. The round took close to 6 hrs. This has nothing to do with playing golf nor having fun. They let 5-people. flights on the course (which we noticed seems to be rather "normal" on public courses around LA). Residents told us that it is normal to have 5-6hrs/round. Yes OK, there are some nice view holes, the course was in OK condition. Nevertheless, I would never go back and play it again.

6 1/2 long round is never fun. 18-20 min wait every hole with fivesome every hole.

I was not given the Golf Now green fee rate. The person collecting green fees did not say kind words about Golf Now.

Beautiful course. It just took way too long to complete the round. 5:45 hours for 18 holes. Unacceptable.

They sent us out as 5, us in a cart and 3 walkers and put 4 behind us. On the third hole we were waiting to have a group clear the green. When we teed off the Marshall has us wave the group of 4 behinds. Which was a terrible idea on there part. We lost 20 mins doing this and fell a whole hole behind the group in front of. They said that we would catch up which never happened. We had three guys walking that could hit the ball 150 yards max. So the entire round consisted of the Marshall telling us to hurry up the whole day. This course just wants your money and could care less about your experience there. Place is a joke! And wil take 5 plus hours to finish. It took us an hour and ten minutes to play 3 holes......Course layout is good but not worth being rushed around and paying for it.

First, my t time was 3pm, but it delayed until 3:40pm. Every hole I had to wait at least 10'. Finished 9 holes in 3 1/2 hours.

took 3 and a half hours to play 9 holes. they were booking way too many people.

The slow play is unacceptable. Fivesomes int generate more revenue. 5 somes require 10 minutes between groups and so the scheduled tee times at 8 minutes are always late. 4 somes and 4 more golfers every 2 hours. The big difference is the fivesomes require 5:30-6:00 to play vs 4:20. Or, in a normal 14 hour day you generate 20-30% more tee times with a foursome.... not to mention happier golfers!

Nice layout but very slow play hard to get in a groove when you have to wait 15 mins too tee off almost every hole good price.

Beautiful setting on the cliffs in Palos Verdes, CA. Down the road from Trump National (never played). The green fees are a small fraction of the price. We played a twilight round. Weather was perfect. I'll play this hidden gem again sometime.

I was excited today when I saw there were many teetimes available at Los Verdes Golf Course. I went inside and checked in. They couldn't find my reservation. I waited patiently. Then enough that my teatime was an hour later than the email that I had received from golf now. It turns out that all of their teeth I was greater were available were actually calls for the last member of golfing fiveso,es. They were 15 minutes behind the times, and every group was a fivesome. I talked with some of the corporate waiting, and they said that leaving at 1:30 PM that they thought that we would finish the round before dark. That wasn't acceptable to me so I cancelled my reservation and left.
