Los Verdes Golf Course

First time playing at Los Verdes Golf Course and super happy! Great public course with ocean view. Challenging greens and good maintenance fairways. Will definitely be one of my regular course to play from now on!

Nice course. Terrific views. Friendly staff. Just too bad they fail to mention the greens had just been punched a few days prior to my round. I don't mind playing on punched greens, but I rather not find out when I show up to the course after having paid full price on this site.

greens were punched and sanded and half a dozen temporary greens without notice given when booking tee time.

golf course did not advertise that the greens were punched with numerous temporary pins in the fairway.

Greens were punched and covered in sand.

I got rained out after a couple holes and no refund.

Greg course layout. Too bad they treat it like a money pit and do not spend any money on the golf course. Course is in brutal condition and would not recommend it to anybody. Some nice views near the Pacific but that’s about it.

The group with the tee time after kept driving into us. Ball would land just 10 feet of us. We were following the place of play rules. Guy was just rude.

One of the hardest courses I’ve played. Had a great day friendly playing partners and staff.

This course is typically great and I understand given the late tee time that it would get busy…but pace of play was pretty bad. They were 20-30 minutes behind on tee time which compounded largely because players were playing multiple balls per hole. Still a great course but I’d think twice about booking afternoon tee times again.

I have traveled throughout the nation and world playing golf courses. The course was fantastic for the cost and the views were amazing. The downside, I have never played a course with such slow pace of play. Unfortunately, starting at 4 PM, I was not able to finish 18 holes and only played 12 in almost nearly four hours. There was no course management to keep the pace of play for those that paid to play a full a 18. I would recommend teeing off early and expect to play a 5 1/2 to 6 hour round

Great course in an amazing location right next to the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

The greens were great. Fairways ok and the bunkers were terrible, packed sand and poorly maintained. All in all decent conditions and worth the money.
