Lot of dog legs and water....great course for the money
Great course for the money. Lot of dog legs and water.
Play like a champion plays
Nice, new clubhouse, Extra large putting green, Driving range, gators and beautifully designed holes with perfectly cut fairways. What more could you want? If you play through Golf Now, you're gonna get this course for a fraction of the price a comparable course would charge. I paid $25 on a Sunday late morning and my playing partner for the day couldn't believe I got such a great deal.
Excellent
The course is isolated; but everything else is top notch! Excellent fairway hitting surfaces, the greens are true but difficult because of different grades and slops. Bring your A game here!
very playable for all
Love to play at Sarasota National. Enjoy the lay out and generally score well here due to lack of obstacles to overcome. Only problem is that for the past couple of months the driving range has been limited to 150 yds max.
Course is always in good condition and challenging.
Based on rumors about the financial status of owners, the course is always maintained in a very good condition. Windy as always it is a challenge from all tees. Greens are excellent, fairways and tees are very good. Cart paths need work, but overall, one of the best places to play in the West Central FL area.
beautiful swamp course. very friendly staff. very good rental clubs.
As average players we were able to play a very nice round of golf on a pristine course. We did not bring our own clubs, so we had to rent a set of clubs. They were the best clubs we have rented so far during our journey through the united states.
A challenging but wide open course.
The course has wide open fairways and interesting greens that roll true. The sand bunkers could use a little more sand, but I have always enjoyed the course and the views. What makes it nice is that there are no homes that you have to worry about when you make that rare slice or pull.
Better courses for the money
We had a good price compared to the regular price but was disappointed thinking we were going to a pristine course.

The course was in great shape and the greens were rolling nice.
Good layout with wide fairways and great scoring possibilities.
Great course with great practice facility. I found the greens to be a bit slow compared to some other courses that I have played in the area.
