You know overall it’s what you expect for paying 23 dollars for two ppl

Some staff are nice and other staff accused you of breaking stuff that you didn’t even know they were broken

I mean course layout was very nice and the pro shop was excellent but probably wouldn’t play here again

Course doesn't seem to drain well in several spots. Many of the fairways and greenside areas had patches of unplayable soggy mud. Particularly bad on holes 1, 7, 8, 11, 12, 14. Tee boxes were dry and somewhat sparse, greens were in excellent shape. Good layout - requires a variety of tee shots and some very challenging par 3's.

Started my round 245pm

No one else on course made the turn at 4:00

Storm had just hit I looked at radar and it showed that there was going to be no let up

I went into clubhouse and asked for rain check for last nine holes I was told that since I started after 2:00 pm that I could not get a rain check

Women in the clubhouse is really unfriendly and curt

Even though this is one of the only public courses left I’ll take my 3 play else where some place where they treat you like you are valued

Family and playing partners have also been treated poorly by this woman and this staff

As well as the regulars

You can’t find a parking spot on certain nights because the regulars park in two spots etc

Pace of play is usually very slow and there is almost never a ranger around to assist

It’s unfortunate because it is so close to my home but

You would think you would be appreciated when you spend your money and they have no one playing

Lexington oaks this is the last time I venture out on your course

The surrounding courses at least appreciate my and my families business

Reserved tee time via golfnow.com was given 25% off for my birthday witch was great, went to register to play with my wife just driving the golf cart was told I had to pay extra for the cart because my wife was with me, (NOT HAPPY) there goes my 25% for my birthday.

The course was wet and muddy. Played with a couple, that's the only thing that made playing enjoyable.

Booked a round for myself.ended up playing with some cool dudes...but had to either share a cart with someone I didn't know or pay extra....not happy at all about that.

I paid for my own cart prior to playing and was charged an additional $15. Not happy at all.

Would like to see ice available for the coolers. Also morning food options. Beverage cart had nothing edible. Crackers or chips would be nice. Starter was knowledgeable and friendly. Pace of play was 20 min off. Course time was 4:30. Teed off around 10:10.

Great Course great time

Seems like course policy is to punish people who have teetimes through GolfNow. Even though the cart course was not busy, the staff was adamant about not being able to tee off a minute sooner than the scheduled tee time. I can understand that if the course was busy, but ownership needs to consider that if they really don’t want to do golf now teetimes and treat those customers like every other customer then they should probably not use GolfNow.

Obviously we've had some rain, but the course is drying out very nicely. Since they haven't punched the greens, they're rolling true and you'll be very happy making those critical putts! Only number 11+12 greens where in tough shape maybe 4 months ago, but the greens crew has done an outstanding job with all the greens (I feel it's the most important aspect of scoring) and the course for that matter so keep it up. You'll still get some mud on your ball as expected in the fairway so best to LCP in fairways. If you don't try to over power this course and play smart, you'll do just fine. I live here in Lexington Oaks and can play several courses (which I have but won't mention) in the area, however I keep finding myself playing here for the quality/price. Don't forget about the Clubhouse after your round because they have fantastic food with a nice view... another huge plus in my book.

First time golfing the course and booked a tee time for 1010. We were there in plenty of time, got on the course at 10:40a!!!

They let groups cut in front of us and this was okayed by the manager!! One of the groups that were told to go ahead of us without a tee time stopped at a home on the golf course and visited. we were told to wait!! Manager needs to understand how golfnow works with a reservation! we will not be back and I would not recommend to any of my golf buddies!!
