The Golf Club at South Hampton was designed to give every golfer appropriate risk-and-reward opportunities that supply both encouragement to beginners and challenges for more advanced players. The slope and contour of the course’s landscape is its trademark with strategic mounding and over 60 contoured bunkers that emphasize the terrain’s natural undulations. The course features rolling fairways and massive greens. There are also sixteen large lakes that come into play throughout. The signature hole is the tremendous par-5, 17th, which is a scenic hole that features a lake, fairway bunkers, and a breaking green. Although the course is a challenge, there are six sets of tees to accommodate all skill levels.

The green still a little rough but the course is getting better.
I heard new grasses and greens will be done in 2026. Sounds like they are trying.

I enjoy the round and had a pleasant experience
with the other players. Greens were true and I putted well. Starter was accommodating and used his radio to check me in with the front desk.Pace was ok.

Beautiful layout but the front nine creams were almost unplayable back nine much better

Got a great deal thru golf now. Fairways are ok, greens marginal bunkers need work…some still have water, rough is too high and thick…spent a lot of time looking for balls in the rough. Difficult to hit out of it. Give it a 6 out of 10
