About
Located in Ave Maria, Panther Run Golf Club is less than 30 minutes from Naples but it has a much more secluded feel. The course was built with a strong dedication to preserving the landscape's beautiful natural features and significant environmental resources, even as residences started being developed. An abundance of lakes and waterways characterizes the golf course, all of which are filled with alligators and other native wildlife. It is nearly impossible to play a round without spotting a gator. In addition to the 13 holes with water, there are more than 60 bunkers strategically placed throughout. The challenges are balanced by generous greens and wide-open, player-friendly fairways. Panther Run G.C. also boasts an expansive practice facility that includes five practice greens, a short game area with two sand bunkers, and an aqua driving range.

Awful Booking/Cancelling Process
Booked directly on their website. Later had to cancel several tee times well in advance and called them per their policy. No refund on booking fees of ~$70/round until I then spent over 45 minutes on phone with the booking entity they use. Absolutely horrible customer service from their proshop
Buyer Beware
Played course and its adequate although overpriced.
Had to cancel other tee times due to illness.
Even though reservations made via their website and cancelled by calling them at least 24 hours before tee times per their own emailed instructions I HAD TO SPEND 45 MINUTES ON PHONE with third party golf intermediary they use to get my booking fee (~$70/round) refunded. INEXCUSABLE.

Great Greens
Greens were perfect! Pace of play wasn’t bad, but could have been better. Enough length and tees for golfers of any ability. Lots of water, but fairways were plenty wide. We will be back next time we are in town.
Course in great shape….friendly and efficient staff!
Polite, courteous check-in upon arrival when getting cart. Quick check—in at the pro shop. Well organized starter and course was super.
Panther Run
Panther Run is a great course. Has a very nice layout for Southwest Flordia and isn’t all ontop of each other. The green roll well, smooth, the tee boxes are well manicured and flat and the fairways are wide and green. Playing from 1 and 2 tees can play a little long at 7500-6600 but has a length for all skills. Definitely get on this course if you have opportunity. One of the best open to public year round in area.
Great condition.
Course was in great shape. Lots of fun. A bit frustrated with the pace of play and there was no ranger available to move players along.
First round on remodeling of course
This was the first-time playing Panther Run since the course was re-done. The fairways and tee boxes were greatly improved. The overall condition of the course was excellent. It was a very enjoyable day. I would highly recommend playing this course
