About

The Plantation at Leesburg offers two championship courses, the Cranes Roost Course and the Otter Creek Course. The Otter Creek Course features an interesting layout that is wide open on the front nine, while the back nine is rife with towering trees. Situated on hilly terrain, the golf course features gently rolling fairways and the medium-sized greens have some slight undulations. As its name suggests, a creek flows through the golf course and comes into play on several holes throughout. The semi-private Plantation at Leesburg provides two excellent golf courses, but they also feature a practice facility and staff of golf professionals to help players of all skill levels.

Nice course to check how your safe play skill are at, the greens could have been a little better but pretty fast. The layout is challenging for any type of handicap, tie off the tee shots with 75% dog left or right.

Challenging course

Great, challenging course. Greens were super speedway fast lol. Only real complaint is the leaves. Couple holes I believe they could of blown or mulched. Lost too many balls I shouldn't have only because couldn't find ball just off fairways in leaves.

Very Challenging course!

It's a shame, that the conditions were poor, to say the least. Starting with the Tee boxes, then the fairways, and finally the greens. There's so much work that needs to be done, I sincerely don't know if the plans are to bring this golf course back to good standing? But, I must say if you can get a Hot Deal, which I did pay $15 and got a 9:30 am tee time, you sure can't go wrong. it's a fun and challenging course!
